What really won me over was the morning routine I fell into – there’s something about the way the light comes through the windows that makes you want to linger over coffee instead of rushing out. The bed is genuinely comfortable too, not just “fine for a few nights” but actually good. I’m picky about pillows and somehow they nailed it. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, with water pressure that doesn’t disappoint and enough shelf space for your stuff. You know what surprised me most though? The host clearly anticipates what guests might need – there were basics like salt and oil in the kitchen, decent hangers in the closet, even a proper full-length mirror. These details might seem small, but they’re the difference between feeling like you’re camping out somewhere versus actually settling in. The 10-point rating makes sense once you experience how everything just… works. No wrestling with finicky locks, no mysterious stains to ignore, no wondering whether that noise from upstairs will keep you awake.   I highly recommend the place, the hostess is an incredible person. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the fast working wifi (which has gotten rare these days) was a big PLUS! Thanks a lot! we are definitely coming back.

  Beautiful place to crash after walking through Tbilisi all day. Wonderful neighbourhood, a great view, and close to many sights like gallery mall, National Opera and ballet theathre, historical castles, old city and more. Host made us feel very welcome and gave excellent recommendations for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Not to mention the view from the apartment and the majestic Tbilisi national opera and ballet theater which is located within 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment and is so historic and beautiful!   This was easily one of the best bookings we have ever stayed. It's a cozy modern place with all the amenities (they even have a foldable cloth drying stand), very clean and located at one of the most hip and convenient places of Tbilisi. Check in was very smooth. Giorgi went above and beyond to help us with all our questions including transport/Sim card. Very fast WiFi, which was a blessing.   This is a great property, with nice comforting ambience. On Rustaveli avenue you can find the major attractions of Tbilisi. There's a decent selection of restaurants within walking distance. Giorgi was a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. Definitely a good choice
