  Great host to compromise our late arrival. Clean room with washroom in it. Location is quite near city center.
  
  What could be improved: The address is a bt difficult to locate, but the host guided us very patiently. A little expensive for the price but acceptable.

  Very cheap and depressive place with no cosiness. Acceptable, but better search more, there are more options for this price in city centre 🙂 The owner was kind and let me check out at 2pm. NB: There is no actual kitchen! Only microwave and (dirty&old) teapot.
  
  What could be improved: Everything is very basic and cheap, with no renovations for a very long time. The apartment hall is private but very stuffed and dirty. Room light is white and aggressive. Curtains should always be closed because it's a street behind them with people walking by and stopping to talk. Actually, knowing Tbilisi very well, I regret I didn't escape this place from the beginning, but was very tired and it was raining like crazy.

  I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in the heart of the city, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect, with excellent connections to public transport and easy access to all the attractions.
  
  The owner is exceptionally hospitable and available, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, which truly enhanced the experience.
  
  Additionally, having parking available at the apartment was a significant advantage, as it made exploring the city worry-free.
  
  Overall, this apartment offers everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit!
