Nino’s Apartment in the center of Tbilisi Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Nino’s Apartment in the center of Tbilisi, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. It’s tucked right into Dzmebi Zubalashvilebi Street in Mtatsminda, which honestly sounds intimidating to pronounce but is actually one of the most charming neighborhoods you could ask for. The four-star property has this welcoming, residential vibe that makes you feel like you’re visiting a well-traveled friend rather than checking into a typical hotel. What struck me most was how effortlessly it blends into the local streetscape — you know you’re in the real Tbilisi, not some tourist bubble.
Location Magic
Here’s the thing about location — Nino’s Apartment absolutely nails it with a 9.6 location score, and I can see why couples rate it so highly for romantic getaways. You’re genuinely in the heart of everything, which means you can walk to most of Tbilisi’s main attractions without breaking a sweat. The Mtatsminda area gives you that perfect mix of local life and tourist accessibility. I mean, you’ll find yourself stumbling upon hidden wine bars and traditional bakeries just by wandering around the corner. Plus, there’s something really nice about being able to duck back to your place easily when you need a break from sightseeing.
The Space Itself
The apartment setup works really well — it feels more like staying in someone’s thoughtfully designed home than a standard hotel room. Everything’s clean and comfortable, with enough space to actually unpack and settle in for a few days. What I appreciated most was the attention to practical details that make a difference when you’re traveling. The free on-site parking is honestly a godsend if you’re planning to explore beyond Tbilisi, since finding parking in the city center can be a real headache otherwise.
Breakfast and Practical Perks
The breakfast situation here is actually pretty interesting — they offer vegan and Asian options alongside more traditional choices, which you don’t always find in Georgian accommodations. The breakfast-to-go option is smart too, especially when you want to get an early start exploring or catch a morning flight. It’s these kinds of flexible touches that show they really think about what travelers actually need. The variety means you won’t get bored if you’re staying several days, and honestly, having good breakfast options when you’re jet-lagged or just want to fuel up quickly makes such a difference.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.8 rating, Nino’s Apartment clearly hits the sweet spot between authentic local experience and traveler comfort. What really sets it apart is how it lets you experience Tbilisi like a temporary resident rather than a tourist passing through. You’re close enough to everything important that you can be spontaneous with your plans, but you’re also in a neighborhood where you’ll see how locals actually live. The combination of that unbeatable location, practical amenities like free parking, and the apartment-style setup creates this perfect base for exploring Georgia’s capital. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.
To book hotel in Tbilisi during the famous Tbilisi Jazz Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts wine enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Reviews of Nino’s Apartment in the center of Tbilisi
Very Good – Yiwen from Georgia – September 1, 2025 (8/10)
Great host to compromise our late arrival. Clean room with washroom in it. Location is quite near city center.
What could be improved: The address is a bt difficult to locate, but the host guided us very patiently. A little expensive for the price but acceptable.Better look for another place. – Nomadic from Germany – June 17, 2025 (4/10)
Very cheap and depressive place with no cosiness. Acceptable, but better search more, there are more options for this price in city centre 🙂 The owner was kind and let me check out at 2pm. NB: There is no actual kitchen! Only microwave and (dirty&old) teapot.
What could be improved: Everything is very basic and cheap, with no renovations for a very long time. The apartment hall is private but very stuffed and dirty. Room light is white and aggressive. Curtains should always be closed because it's a street behind them with people walking by and stopping to talk. Actually, knowing Tbilisi very well, I regret I didn't escape this place from the beginning, but was very tired and it was raining like crazy.Exceptional – Damir from Germany – December 15, 2024 (10/10)
I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in the heart of the city, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect, with excellent connections to public transport and easy access to all the attractions.
The owner is exceptionally hospitable and available, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, which truly enhanced the experience.
Additionally, having parking available at the apartment was a significant advantage, as it made exploring the city worry-free.
Overall, this apartment offers everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit!Exceptional – Victory from Armenia – August 12, 2024 (10/10)

I would be happy to come back in the future.🔥🔥🔥 – Georgios/gr from Netherlands – August 8, 2024 (10/10)

Good location and host – Dreamvoyage from France – October 5, 2023 (9/10)
The location is great, which is quiet but just some steps away from the square. (The short walk involves a climb, be prepared if you have heavy luggage)
Host is very nice, coming out to greet us.
What could be improved: NothingGood – Małgorzata from Poland – September 22, 2023 (7/10)
No problem with check in
What could be improved: There should be a ventilator in the toilet – there is this not nice smell of the humidity after the shower for a long time
Just be aware that the apartment is on the hillExceptional – Andrew from Georgia – June 3, 2023 (10/10)
The apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet, and packed with all necessary utils and furniture. The wifi speed was good enough for group zoom calls. Additionally, Nino is a wonderful landlord.
Wonderful – Vicktor_m from Russia – December 30, 2022 (9/10)
This place of residence has an interesting location in an old building in the city center. Very quiet and comfortable room. Nino is a very kind and attentive host, the room is bright, the air conditioner is enough to warm up the apartment in winter, it was cozy
What could be improved: Having a washing machine would have been great.
The opening in the front door was a little bit narrow for me (190cm/98kg)
