City Center Luxe Apartment Overview

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first booked the City Center Luxe Apartment – the name made it sound like it could go either way, you know? But walking into this place, I immediately got why it has that perfect 10 rating. It’s one of those spots that actually lives up to the “luxe” part without being pretentious about it.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a really well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. I mean, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d actually want to use – not just the usual sad mini-fridge situation. The living space flows really naturally, and there’s this attention to detail that you notice in little moments, like how the lighting is actually warm and comfortable instead of that harsh hotel fluorescent thing. What really got me was the bathroom – they’ve got this rainfall showerhead that’s positioned perfectly (you know how most places get that wrong), and the water pressure is fantastic. The bed situation is solid too, though I will say the pillows are on the firmer side, which worked for me but might not be everyone’s thing.

Location-wise, you’re really in the thick of things without feeling overwhelmed by it. I could walk to most places I wanted to go, and when I needed to grab an Uber or taxi, they found the building easily enough. The neighborhood has that nice energy where there’s always something happening but it’s not chaotic – you’ll hear some street sounds, but nothing that kept me up at night. Actually, the windows seem pretty well insulated. There’s a great coffee spot just around the corner that became my morning routine, and honestly, having access to real neighborhood places instead of just tourist traps made the whole stay feel more authentic. The check-in process was refreshingly smooth too – they actually responded to messages quickly and gave me specific directions that were spot-on, which saved me from wandering around with my luggage like usual.

  We had a wonderful holiday at Giorgi’s! The apartment was perfect for my husband, me and our 2 kids! The balcony was our highlight in the apartment where we could have a nice glass of wine every night! The greeting at the arrival also tasted excellent! The apartment is equipped with everything you could need! We will remember the wonderful holiday for years to come! Thank you for this 🙏

  great host. Our flight was late, we had SIM card problems at the airport and our taxi got slowed down with rush hour traffic so we arrived later than expected but host was waiting and still walked us through everything we needed to know. It’s an easy walk to every landmark of the city, a million restaurants and two good grocery stores in the stones throw. We (wife and I both in our 60’s) walked to Opera and ballet theater, old town, Central mall, etc. There is a metro station also nearby, it’s a really great location. has some excellent skillets for cooking, we cooked eggs most mornings and ate out for other meals. Most important is that the building is secure, it’s right next to the parliament of Georgia. wi-fi works well, showers are great and the bed is very comfortable. You can’t go wrong, just book it…

  Excellent little place near the center of the city! Easy walk to all of the big attractions. Host is very responsive and was great at being flexible throughout the entire process! Highly recommend this place!

  We can definitely recommend this very nice and comfortable apartment for a stay in Tbilisi. We loved the little balcony to have breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is very easy to get around the city, as the area is very central and also the metro station is just a few minutes away. There is also a supermarket just on the street and some really nice restaurants within 5 min. walking.
