The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s one of those places where everything just works smoothly, from check-in to the little touches that make you feel at home. I found myself staying in longer than planned just because it was so comfortable, and honestly, that’s rare for me.   The building located in a quiet local neighborhood but just 10mins walk from the attractions, the holy trinity cathedral can be seen just from the window above the local streets.
  
  Fully equipped kitchen, and two groceries just downstairs, we were able to cook our dinner.
  
  The decoration of the apartment is stylish but not too much, it's really a nice place for family or group of friends to stay.

  The location was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with all the accouterments one needs for breakfast or meals at home, especially for families. The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.
