The rooms honestly exceeded what I expected from the photos online. There’s this really thoughtful balance between modern comfort and that organic aesthetic they’ve got going – the bathroom tiles have this subtle leaf pattern that could’ve been cheesy but somehow works perfectly. What really impressed me was the attention to sound design; you’d think with all the emphasis on nature and gardens it might feel a bit echo-y, but they’ve managed to create these surprisingly quiet spaces. I actually slept better here than I have in months, and I’m usually pretty sensitive to hotel noise. The bedding situation is solid too – not those scratchy sheets you sometimes get, but properly soft linens that don’t feel synthetic.

Staff-wise, they seem to genuinely know their stuff about both the hotel and the surrounding area. When I asked about breakfast timing (I’m one of those early risers), they didn’t just give me the standard hours but mentioned that the coffee bar actually opens fifteen minutes before the official breakfast service starts – little details like that show they’re actually paying attention to guest patterns. The whole check-in process was refreshingly smooth, no upselling or lengthy explanations of obvious amenities. And honestly, with a 9.4 rating, I was expecting maybe some of that artificial perfection you sometimes encounter, but it felt more like they’ve just figured out how to do hospitality really well without overthinking it. The place has this lived-in quality that makes you feel like you can actually relax rather than worry about disturbing some pristine showroom setup.

  The staff Levan & George at the reception and a young boy, I was happy with the service they provided. They were friendly and helpful which was what I liked about them.
  
  The hotel was in a pretty good location (15-30 minutes max by walking distance) Close to many attractions, supermarkets & restaurants.
  
  I liked the view from my room with the balcony, they have some rooms with decently sized balconies with table and chairs.
  
  The breakfast was good, I liked it. Had a nice salad every morning which changed every 2-3 days. Even though I preferred the first salad with lettuce & corn. The deserts weren’t great. Not like shown in the images on booking.com. Never had any Pain au chocolate, Croissants or Chocolate Torsades. They need to change their toaster, takes too long to toast a bread. The scrambled egg recipe needs to be improved, 1 day I had a scrambled egg with veggies which was better than just the plain scrambled eggs I had for my entire 10 nights in this hotel.

  Look and feel of the interiors. The breakfast buffet was also decent. Just 2 km from downtown city center. Parking facility for our car. There was good enough storage space in room to put the stuff. Nice view from hotel terrace.

  The location is excellent. The hotel is a 15 minute walk either to the metro or to Liberty Square. From there it was easy to access interesting restaurants.
  The breakfast is fine. There was a wide range of foods on offer which provided interesting insights into what other cultures enjoy at breakfast. Empty serving dishes were replaced.and there was something for every taste and preference.

  The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy.
  The staff is very nice and welcoming as well.
  Short walking distance from the hotel to one of the main streets, but using bolt is cheap and can get you anywhere.

  Had a great time in this hotel. Very clean and well designed, nice breakfast, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the center in a few minutes walk. They clean your room daily. Highly reccomended
