Small detail, but the bedside outlets are positioned where you can actually use them without unplugging the lamp – whoever designed these rooms clearly travels themselves.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to local touches. The breakfast includes regional specialties that you won’t find at chain hotels, and the concierge service goes beyond just handing you brochures. They actually helped me navigate some tricky local transportation timing that saved me a frustrating afternoon. The 9.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it consistently delivers on the things that actually matter to travelers. The location works well for both business and leisure stays, with easy access to the main areas without being right in the middle of late-night noise. Parking is straightforward (no hunting around cramped garages), and check-in was refreshingly efficient. I mean, it’s the kind of place where you’d be comfortable bringing your parents or sending a colleague, which says a lot about the overall reliability and comfort level.

  Great appartment up the hill in old Tbilisi, yet just 10 min walk to key city attractions, offers a stunning view over the city. The appartment is well done, has everything for a comfortable stay. Driving up there is tricky, going by foot implies climbing quite a few stairs. But all this is compensated by the charm of the district and the appartment itself and by an incredible view from the terrace

  The location and the place itself are amazing: you can walk up to mother Georgia/cable car station/botanical garden or down to get to the old city, baths and pedestrian bridge (5-10 mins). We enjoyed the view from the terrace and windows every evening. The apartment had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again.

  The view from Bethlehem Terrace is simply breathtaking. Nestled on a hill, it offers panoramic vistas of the city that are nothing short of spectacular.   This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed as a tourist and during business trips. Very good location in old Tbilisi on a hill with an amazing view of the whole city. Apartment has 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and living room), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very nice garden and a terrace: everything is great. Me, my wife and children had a real feeling of living in old cozy Tbilisi experiencing a famous Georgian hospitality.
