The 4-star rating isn’t just for show – they’ve clearly put thought into the details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

Honestly, the first thing that hit me was how quiet it gets in the evenings. I mean, you’re not completely cut off from everything, but there’s this nice buffer from street noise that lets you actually sleep without earplugs. The apartment itself has this lived-in feeling (in a good way) – like someone’s grandmother decorated it with actual care instead of just ordering everything from a hotel supply catalog. The kitchen is probably the standout feature, and I say that as someone who usually just microwaves leftovers when traveling. They’ve got proper cookware, decent counter space, and – this is key – the coffee maker actually works well. Small thing, but you know how hotel coffee makers can be absolutely tragic.

What really sold me on the place was the little stuff they get right. Check-in was straightforward, no weird key pickup drama or confusing instructions. The Wi-Fi doesn’t randomly drop out every twenty minutes like some places I’ve stayed. And honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was skeptical it could live up to the hype, but after spending a few days there, I get it. It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it just… works. The shower has proper water pressure, the bed doesn’t feel like sleeping on cardboard, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack if you’re staying longer. Plus – and this might sound weird – but the whole place smells clean without that overwhelming chemical smell some hotels blast everywhere. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I needed somewhere with a bit more space and flexibility than your typical hotel room offers.

  The apartment was comfortable and warm. Everything was super clean, spacious and with all the amenities someone needs to have pleasant vacations. The owners were very polite, helpful and nice, they gave us a great present. The location is perfect, right in the middle of great restaurants, cafeterias, underground walking passage, and the metro. We did everything just by walking. I would definitely stay there again.

  Lovely apartment very conveniently located in the center of the city on the Freedom Square. Breathtaking views of Holy Trinity Cathedral and Mother of Georgia from the windows. Apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for our 11-night stay. Madlena was very helpful and friendly. Definitely going back on our next visit.
