The apartment itself lives up to its name, “Panorama.” It’s a cozy two‑bedroom space with a surprisingly open layout. The living room spills onto a balcony that frames a sweeping view of the Mtkvari River and the distant Saakashvili Bridge. I spent an entire evening watching the sunset paint the sky in orange and pink, sipping tea on the balcony while the city’s lights flickered on. The kitchen is fully equipped; a single‑sink and a small fridge are all you need for a quick breakfast. The décor is a mix of contemporary and traditional Georgian pieces—hand‑woven rugs, painted wooden panels that echo the old town’s charm. The bathroom is a bit cramped; the shower feels like a tiny closet, and the towel rack doesn’t hold all the towels I brought, but otherwise it’s clean and functional. The Wi‑Fi is decent most of the time, though I noticed a slight lag when streaming a movie in the evening.

What really makes this place special is the sense of being inside a living, breathing Tbilisi. I walked down Rustaveli Street the next morning and found a bustling market selling fresh apricots, honey, and the unmistakable scent of freshly baked khachapuri. A few blocks away, I stumbled upon a small café that serves the best melomakarona—soft, honey‑sweet pastries that melt in your mouth. If you’re visiting in late spring or early autumn, you’ll hear the city’s chatter, feel the gentle breeze, and taste the warmth of local hospitality. Even in the summer heat, the apartment’s balcony offers a cool retreat with a view of the city’s skyline.   Wonderful view of the city from the apartment and very close to the center. The host was available whenever we needed him and willing to help. Comfortable beds.The accommodation has a nice terrace where guests can sit and enjoy the view, as well as a kitchen to prepare a meal. We had a pleasant stay!
  
  What could be improved: It was quite warm in the apartment, because the sun hits it early in the morning. The road to get to the accommodation is a bit uphill and may be difficult for some guests.

  When in Tbilisi I always want to stay in this guest house run by Goga and his mom. It is run exceptionally well and fits all my needs. I also like this location with a great view and away from busy roads.
  
  What could be improved: Sometimes taxis might get lost or have a problem to ride all the way up through the narrow street.
