  Отличная квартира в Тбилиси! Всем рекомендуем.
  Снимали вдвоём с супругом. Нам очень понравилось. Идеальная чистота и состояние — всё было безупречно. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, современный ремонт создает приятную атмосферу. Удобное расположение — рядом вокзал, метро, автобусы, магазины и рынок. Всё это делает передвижение по городу очень удобным.
  Особенно хочется отметить гостеприимство и отзывчивость хозяйки Лелы и её помощницы Анны. Они были очень вежливы, сразу откликались на наши просьбы и уточнения. Спасибо вам большое дорогие за проявленную доброту и теплоту.
  Заметила, что когда ищешь возможность каждый день делать людям добро, то оно обязательно к тебе возвращается, ведь "щедрый человек будет благословлён" (Притчи 22:9). И такой человек всегда более счастливый, чем тот, кто отказывается это делать. В Грузии говорят: "Не тот счастлив, кто сыто ест, а тот счастлив, кто угощает". Это как раз и подтверждают слова Иисуса: "Большее счастье – давать, а не получать". Наша семья желает вам всегда быть счастливыми!

  What could be improved: В целом всё было отлично, не хватает микроволновки. Она бы очень выручала, когда нужно быстро подогреть уже готовую еду.

  Nice modern apartment in the quiet area yet close to the action points. Clean and comfortable. Fruit market and home bread minuets away. Elevator in the building. Ac, hot water, kitchen. We loved our stay. Piano!

  Панорамные окна на всю стену. Кондиционер. Смарт-тв. Даже пианино и гитара – можно приятно провести время в номере. В доме есть лифт и пандусы. Хозяйка очень приятная и гостеприимная.

  Just there for few hours, so good for the purpose. Comfortable. Has basic amenities. Host communicated promptly ( still failed to inform me about working of lift)
  
  What could be improved: It's on 5th floor. Has some wierd setting for the lift that I wasn't made aware of. I had to leave in morning itself, after arriving late at night. My calls to ask about this were not received, so I had no choice but to carry 2 bags down the 5 floors, so as to not miss my tour of that day. I am lucky didn't get injury to my shoulder by carrying the heavy bags.
