I loved that I could grab coffee in the morning and just wander to most of the spots I wanted to hit. The 4-star rating makes sense when you see the attention to detail in the common areas and how everything actually works (you’d be surprised how many places cut corners on the basics). The bedrooms themselves are properly sized – not just afterthoughts – and there’s enough bathroom space that you’re not queuing up like you’re at a festival.

What really sold me though was the perfect 10 rating, and after staying there, I get it. It’s not trying to be flashy or oversell itself, it just delivers on what it promises. The check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and honestly, the soundproofing is better than you’d expect for a central spot – I was worried about street noise keeping me up, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The kitchen setup is actually functional too, which matters when you’ve got a group and want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal. There’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on the fundamentals rather than gimmicky extras you’ll never use.   The communication with the host was top notch, and the suggestions given by him were so helpful. The kitchen has everything you need, the wifi is excellent + the desk for working. The bathroom was so big and well thought out. The elevator is also a blessing with heavy bags. I absolutely hope to stay here again when I return to Tbilisi. Didi madloba to George!

  Very nice apartment, nicely refurbished, decorated and clean, with all necessary appliances.
  Location is great in the center and available parking spots nearby.
  The building is new and in a great state. There are groceries around and some parks next to the building.

  Such a beautiful apartment with a very nice interior. Hosts are super nice and kind to us, they brought an extra bed for our friend who stayed with us for a night. The location is very good and you can get access to everywhere. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is very convenient every landmark withing 10 min walk distance. Great dining options nearby also!
