Zorba&Bond Boutique Hotel Overview
Walking up the steep slope of Mtatsminda toward 12 Nikoloz Baratashvili Street, you get a real taste of Tbilisi’s old‑world charm the moment you step into Zorba&Bond Boutique Hotel. The front desk greets you with a smile that feels less like a scripted welcome and more like a nod from an old friend. I mean, the staff actually remember your name if you mention the last trip you took here. Check‑in is quick, but the welcome coffee—freshly brewed, fragrant with a hint of cardamom—makes you feel like you’re not just a guest, but part of the neighborhood. The lobby, a blend of exposed brick and polished stone, has a relaxed vibe: a couple of local musicians sit with their instruments, and you can hear the soft hum of the city outside, a reminder that you’re still in the heart of the capital. The building itself is tucked away from the main street, so you don’t get the usual tourist noise, yet you’re close enough to hear the chatter from the cafés on the corner of Nikoloz Baratashvili and Shota Rustaveli.
Rooms are the real treat. Each one is a small, well‑balanced apartment—modern furnishings, but with touches of Georgian woodwork that feel like a home you’ve known all your life. The beds, with crisp linens and a mattress that’s neither too firm nor too soft, promise a night’s sleep that actually feels like a break from the city’s restless energy. I was particularly impressed by the noise level: a quiet midnight in the
To book a hotel in Tbilisi during major Georgian celebrations, travelers need early planning as this ancient Silk Road capital draws visitors eager to experience its sulfur baths and traditional hospitality.

The hotel is in a very nice location infront of the river. Staff are very kind and helpful. They would put effort in making sure you're comfortable and happy. The room was very spacious and the furniture was really classy. The only thing I would suggest to be improved is the bathroom door and wall. It's a glass door which doesn't really close well so it would be a great improvement to change it and make a proper door even if you want to maintain the glass design. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would definitely come back if the bathroom door is changed. I wish you the best.
Lovely hotel! I will definitely come back whenever I’m in Tbilisi again! – Amar from United Kingdom – August 17, 2025 (10/10)

Just wow! One of the best hotels I've stayed at ever!
Everything was great, starting from the extremely welcoming and helping staff. The room had all listed amenities. We stayed in an incredibly beautiful, stylish and very spacious room with a nice view of Tbilisi with attention to details, the bed was large and very comfortable, room was private. I would love to return to this hotel when I'm visiting Tbilisi.
What could be improved: Everything was greatWell managed and well connected place to stay with nice selection of restaurants in the area – Omar from United Arab Emirates – July 29, 2025 (9/10)
Connected to the old district of the city so everything was in walking distance, while being in a quiet corner away from the hustle good place to relax. The place looked vintage however kept well managed and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and happy to their best to accommodate.
What could be improved: The AC cooling in room could be little better. Rest nothing to talk about
