The room itself is a neat, modern space that embraces the local vibe with a few quirks. The bed was surprisingly soft, the linens were crisp—no cheap hotel fluff, just the kind of quality you’d expect from a 4‑star place. The bathroom had a decent shower, though the water pressure could use a little boost, especially in the evenings when the city’s traffic sounds seep through the windows. I did notice a faint city hum at night, like the distant chime of the Liberty Bell over the river, but it was mostly the hum of a central heating system and the soft clink of a neighbor’s kettle. Parking is a bit of a scramble; there’s a small paid lot right outside, but you usually have to wait a few minutes for a spot. If you’re driving, the nearest open-air market is only a 10‑minute walk, and the metro station is a quick hop on the bus, so you’re never far from the action.

Breakfast was the real highlight—no generic continental spread, but a warm plate of “khash,” a Georgian soup that tastes like a love letter to traditional flavors, paired with fresh breads and local cheeses. I spent an hour sipping tea and listening to the morning chatter of residents. The hotel’s rating of 9.7 is spot on; it’s the kind of place where the staff genuinely care, the room is clean, and you can feel the city’s pulse right outside your door. If you’re planning a trip in the shoulder season, when the crowds thin but the city stays lively, Zoey will give you that authentic Tbilisi experience without the tourist traps.   Very cosy place that has all you need with an incredibly lovely host showing genuine Georgian hospitality, always ready to help and give best advice. The terrace you have access to opens a mind-blowing view of whole Tbilisi from the heart of cosy Old Town, which is just wonderful to spend your evenings and mornings at. The location is just great, 5 minutes to the centre of Old Town and to sulfur baths you might want to explore, at the same time keeping quiet, tranquil and warm atmosphere around the place itself.

  We had an amazing stay at Zoey’s apartment in Georgia! The owner and her sweet mom were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our tour. And of course, Zoey, their lovely and friendly dog, and their neighbors cat who would greet is every morning made our experience even more special. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and well worth the short hike up. Conveniently located near major tourist spots, the apartment offers a surprise scenic route to the Mother of Georgia with stunning views along the way! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tbilisi!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment’s high location means climbing some stairs, which might be challenging for some, but you’ll soon get used to it—it’s a great extra workout! Plus, the stunning view from the top feels like an additional tourist spot in itself.

  I really enjoyed staying 2 weeks in the cosy apartment. It was so pleasant to be part of the friendly community in the pretty courtyard. The view over Tbilisi is incredible and this quiet place is perfect to chill out with Davit. You are in the middle of the Old City and you still have full privacy.
  Regarding the apartment as itself: everything matched with my expectations. Spotlessly clean! The kitchen and the bathroom are well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, you have a fantastic view of Sameba! In short, I felt immediately like at home.
  I highly recommend to stay at ZOEY’s. Be kind with Davit, he is such a brilliant creative helpful host and he loves sharing with you all the information you need about Tbilisi.
