What strikes me most about Zaav Apartment is how it manages to feel both polished and genuinely comfortable at the same time. The space has this sort of lived-in elegance – I mean, it’s clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, but it doesn’t have that sterile hotel feeling where you’re afraid to touch anything. The apartments themselves are actually quite spacious, which is refreshing when you’ve gotten used to cramped hotel rooms that barely fit your luggage. I found myself spreading out my stuff and settling in properly, something that rarely happens when I’m traveling. The kitchenette setup is particularly clever – not just a mini-fridge and coffee maker, but an actual functional space where you could prepare a decent meal if you wanted to skip restaurants for a night.

The thing about staying in apartment-style accommodations is that they can sometimes feel a bit isolated or impersonal, but Zaav manages to strike this nice balance. The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience without being hovering or overly formal about it. Check-in was smooth – no unnecessary complications or surprise fees that make you question your booking decisions. I appreciated that they actually took time to explain how things worked rather than just handing over keys and pointing toward an elevator. The building itself has this quiet confidence to it; it’s not trying too hard to impress, but the attention to detail is evident in small touches throughout. Honestly, the 8.7 rating makes complete sense when you add up all these little things that just work the way they should.   The staff was very responsive and gentle, it was easy and comfortable to speak with them and discuss. The house was in a good location, 20 minutes by walk to the center, we traveled inside tbilisi without transportation. The living room was large with lots of space, TV, big kitchen and there were all the facilities needed.
