Whole Elite Apartment for Rent 1-5 person on Ave Rustaveli Overview

I just came back from Tbilisi, and wow, this place—Whole Elite Apartment for Rent 1-5 person on Ave Rustaveli—really lives up to the hype. The apartment sits on Shota Rustaveli Avenue, right in the heart of Mtatsminda, so every morning I could hear the city stirring from the balcony: a distant church bell, the chatter of people grabbing breakfast at the café on Rustaveli, and the faint smell of fresh khachapuri drifting in from the market across the street. I mean, the first thing you notice is the view—high above the city, the skyline is a patchwork of old stone and modern glass, and you can almost feel the pulse of Tbilisi through the open windows. The check‑in was surprisingly smooth; the host was on a phone call but still managed to slide the keycard into your pocket with a grin that said, “Welcome to your home away from home.” They handed you a small guide with their favorite spots, which is handy because you don’t have to Google everything.

The apartment itself is a clean, modern retreat. The living area is spacious enough for a 4‑person family or a group of friends, and the living room has a low‑profile sofa that feels like a hug. The kitchen is fully equipped—there’s a kettle that whines when it boils, a cutting board that’s a little scarred from countless meals, and a small fridge that’s perfect for storing that bottle of wine I brought. The bedrooms are cleverly separated by a sliding door, so you can keep the noise down when someone is sleeping. The bathroom is surprisingly bright; I swear the shower curtain is actually a work of art—splashes of bright blue that make you forget you’re in a hotel. Honestly, the beds feel like sleeping on a cloud, and the linens are so soft it almost feels like a luxury hotel, but without the stiff corporate vibe.

Parking is a bit of a hunt. There’s a small street lot across the block, but you’ll need to weave through a few cars to find a spot. I parked on the side of the building, a bit closer to the elevator, and the walk to the apartment was a leisurely 30‑second stroll. If you’re traveling solo, you might want to consider parking on the opposite side of Rustaveli for a quicker entry. Noise is something to keep in mind, especially in the evenings. The city is alive, and the nearby café often turns into a karaoke bar after a few drinks, so I’d recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. On the upside, the apartment’s location means you can hop on the public transport from the nearby stop and reach the Old Town in just a few minutes—perfect for exploring the winding streets, the sulfur baths, and those hidden art galleries tucked into the side alleys. The hotel’s rating is a solid 9, but that’s just a number; the real magic is the little details, like the free bottled water that comes with a witty note about staying hydrated in the humid spring, or the extra towel that’s just the right size for a quick shower after a day of sightseeing. All in all, this place is a sweet spot for anyone who wants to feel like a local while still having the comfort of a home base—especially if you’re planning to stay during the peak season when Rustaveli’s cafés are buzzing and the city’s energy is simply contagious.

If you’re like me and love to wander off the beaten path, you’ll find that the neighborhood has a few hidden gems. There’s a tiny bakery on the corner that serves the best khachapuri, and a little tea shop that has a selection of Georgian teas you won’t find in the big chain stores. The best part? The host is a local and can give you a heads‑up about the best time to visit the sulfur baths, so you avoid the crowds. For anything else, the apartment’s layout is practical, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the coffee machine is a lifesaver after a long day of photo‑taking. So, if you’re looking to stay in a place that feels like a personal haven and still be close to everything Tbilisi has to offer, this apartment is definitely worth checking out.

  • Wonderful – Hendrik from Germany – August 12, 2025 (9/10)

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig.
