  This apartment was the 4th place we rented during our 1 month stay in Tbilisi, I was choosing all places very carefully with a special emphasis on the interior design and the level of comfort for all of us, and I didn’t expect to be so pleasantly surprised. The apartment was beyond our expectations in terms of… everything! It’s really spacious with high ceilings, huge master bedroom, 2 separate living rooms (a paradise for those who appreciate personal space), antique furniture and chandeliers (in Perfect conditions), comfy beds, velvet blackout curtains, 2 lovely balconies with plants, fully equipped kitchen (I mean it – there’s EVERYTHING one might need). But the most fascinating thing is that every square meter of the flat shows how much the owner cares about his guests. Fruits and wine were waiting for us in the fridge, a selection of snacks, tea, coffee – on the shelves, toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes, books and magazines etc… Wow, famous Georgian hospitality went to the new level! It really felt like home, the owner Zurab immediately became a friend (even a relative I would say). I was quite confident it was impossible to astound me, but this was the case. I’m more than sure that the price/quality ratio is unique. The location turned out to be perfect even though I was a bit cautious about moving away from Mtatsminda, where the former 3 apartments are located. Staying in this stunning apartment will definitely make a visit of a very special city even more special… We would like to express our gratitude to Zurab for his warm hospitality, his huge heart, efforts he puts into making this place so beautiful and cozy and for taking such a great care of us during our stay.

  The apartment is lovely, being well-equipped and spacious. It's within walking distance of a supermarket and a little hole in the wall bakery that bakes the most delicious bread. The host is very friendly and always available.

  A wonderful historical apartment constructed in 1814, retaining in perfect condition its original features.
  The location is good, I did not use the public transport except that from and to the airport. It's for about 15-20 minutes on foot till the center of the city.
  The host is a very polite gentleman, friendly and sociable. He kindly met us when we arrived and walked us when we were leaving.
  The apartment is large and well illuminated, with all the facilities a family might need. Actually 2 couples can easily stay there with all the comfort. Everything there was clean and tidy. The kitchen was very neat, fully equipped and had everything the one may need.
  Beautiful old photos on the walls enhanced the charming atmosphere of the apartment.

  Огромная квартира в центре Тбилиси за очень гуманную цену. Ванна, 2 санузла, столовая, балкончики. Очень красивая мебель, на кухне есть все необходимое, вай-фай работает! Высоченные потолки, высокие распашные двери, окна балконов в пол. Я такие дома и пространства просто обожаю! Спасибо!!!

  Интерьер красивый, всё чисто и комфортно а хозяин вежливый и дружелюбный.
  Расположен в хорошем районе и везде можно пойти пешком .

  Были в новой квартире с террасой. Всё новое, соответствует описанию. Есть все для комфортного отдыха семьёй. Вид с террасы красив.
  Отдельно благодарю Зураба. Очень позитивный и отзывчивый. Подсказал локации, был всегда на связи, чего не хватало, сразу приносил. Зураб, спасибо за подарки при въезде!
  Вайфаем не пользовался, здесь сказать не могу ничего. В квартире есть всё до мелочей.

  Большая атмрсферная квартира, уютная и продуманная. Очень чистая, аккуратная и с продуманными деталями. На кухне есть все, что нужно, холодильник вместительный – для семьи это важно :))
  В Тбилиси было прохладно, поэтому Зураб, хозяин квартиры, включил нам отопление.
  
  Локация очень клёвая – старый Тбилиси очарователен, красивый. Даже в осенний дождь.
  
  С удовольствием рекомендую!
