The apartment itself is a two‑bedroom loft that feels like a slice of local life. The living area spills onto a small balcony overlooking Nikoloz Baratashvili Bridge, where you can watch the river flow and see the old bazaar merchants setting up stalls. If you’re a foodie, I recommend heading down to the nearby Galleria Café—just a block away—where the sourdough bread and walnut jam are legendary. And the night? You’ll hear the distant chatter of Tbilisi’s nightlife spilling from the bars along Rustaveli Avenue, but the building’s old insulation keeps the street noise at a manageable level. The only downside is that there’s no laundry machine in the unit; you’ll have to take a quick detour to a laundromat on Shota Rustaveli Street if you’re staying for more than a couple of days.

Parking is not an issue because the area is pedestrian‑friendly, but if you do have a car, there’s a small paid lot on the corner of Tbilisi Street that’s a ten‑minute walk. The check‑in experience was particularly pleasant—there was a handwritten welcome note left on the kitchen counter, and the owner (a local named Lasha) popped in to show me around, pointing out the best spots for morning tea and the best time to catch the early morning light over the Mtatsminda park. I mean, the whole place feels like it was designed with locals in mind, not just tourists. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi‑Fi speed during peak hours—sometimes the connection lags when everyone in the building is streaming. But that’s a minor hiccup in an otherwise delightful stay that feels like home away from home.

  Расположение – прямо напротив театра Габриазе. Внизу оживленная улица, но на верхних этажах она не мешает. В нескольких минутах большой Carrefour, всё что нужно – в шаговой доступности. Ну и сами апарты оч. понравились: полностью оборудованы техникой, есть отдельная большая спальня (на фото это не слишком понятно), в начале января температура внутри более чем комфортная.

  Большая просторная квартира с хорошим расположением и видом из окна. Много свободного места.
  
  What could be improved: Ручка туалета на втором этаже отваливается. Там же нет мыла и полотенца.
  Диван на втором этаже не раскладывается. Тахта на первом этаже на пригодна для сна.
  Максимально с концертом могут спать трое, хотя квартира очень большая.
  Нас было четверо, а из готовых спальных мест было только одна двухспальная кровать. Пришлось искать по всем шкафам постельное белье. В итоге, нам не хватило простыни и пододеяльника на одного человека. Хозяин отказался приезжать, чтоб исправить ситуацию. После долгих выяснений и жалоб через поддержку Booking ничего не изменилось. Никакой компенсации и извинений мы не получили. Четвертый человек, которому не хватило постельного белья и нормального ночлега, в итоге уехал.
