Vintage Hotel Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Vintage Hotel on Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue, you immediately get why this place has such a strong following. The building itself has this understated elegance that fits perfectly with the historic Chugureti neighborhood — it’s not trying too hard, but there’s definitely something special about it. The entrance feels welcoming without being overly formal, which honestly sets the tone for the entire experience. You know what strikes me most? It’s how the hotel manages to feel both polished and approachable at the same time.
Location & Neighborhood
The location is genuinely fantastic, and I mean that — couples consistently rate it 9.2 out of 10, which tells you everything you need to know. You’re right in the heart of Tbilisi‘s best-rated area, but it’s not touristy in that overwhelming way some central locations can be. Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue has this perfect mix of local life and accessibility to major attractions. Within walking distance, you’ve got authentic Georgian restaurant, charming cafes, and easy access to the old town. The neighborhood actually feels lived-in, which I really appreciate — you’re staying where locals go about their daily lives, not in some sterile hotel district.
The Room Experience
The room live up to the vintage name without feeling dated or stuffy. Each room has character — think carefully chosen furnishings that nod to Georgian heritage but with modern comfort levels that actually work. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms are well-designed with good water pressure. What I particularly liked was the attention to lighting — there are enough options that you can create the right atmosphere whether you’re getting ready to go out or winding down with a book. The windows offer nice views of the avenue below, and the soundproofing is solid enough that street noise isn’t an issue.
Dining & Amenities
The hotel’s restaurant serves both Georgian and international dishes, and honestly, the Georgian options are where they really shine. The khachapuri alone is worth staying here for — they clearly know what they’re doing in the kitchen. Breakfast has good variety without being overwhelming, and the coffee is actually decent, which isn’t always a given. The staff seems genuinely knowledgeable about local dining recommendations too, which comes in handy when you want to venture out. There’s also a small but well-equipped fitness area if you need to work off all that Georgian wine and cheese.
Why Guests Love It
This four-star hotel gets the balance right between service and space — the staff is attentive without being intrusive, and there’s enough common area that you don’t feel cramped. The 8.7 rating reflects what you experience: consistent quality without any major disappointments. It’s the kind of place where small details are handled well — good WiFi, reliable hot water, helpful concierge service. For couples especially, the combination of romantic neighborhood walks, excellent dining nearby, and comfortable accommodations creates exactly the right atmosphere for a memorable stay in Georgia’s capital.
Apartments in Tbilisi provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Georgian markets and cook with fresh Caucasian ingredients.

Deboleena from India (8/10)
The room was big and airy, with an attached balcony, AC and a TV as well as a vintage dressing table and 2 armchairs. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well maintained and even had a Jet spray which was a welcome surprise to someone travelling from India. Location was very good as it was in the city center and almost all major attractions could be reached within a short time.

We had the spacious Superior room with a balcony and really enjoyed this. It was quiet, breakfast was good and plenty. The first day we had fruits, which we missed a little bit the next days.
