Vinotel Boutique Hotel Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Vinotel Boutique Hotel? The moment you walk in, there’s this subtle wine aroma that’s not overwhelming – just enough to remind you that someone here really knows their stuff. I mean, the name gives it away, but honestly, I’ve stayed at plenty of “themed” places that completely miss the mark. This isn’t one of them.
The 4-star rating feels spot-on, but that 9.5 guest rating? Now that makes sense once you’ve been there. It’s one of those places where the staff actually remembers your name by the second day, and not in that forced, corporate training way – they genuinely seem to care about getting the details right. The rooms have this warm, sophisticated vibe with wine-inspired touches that could easily veer into cheesy territory, but somehow they’ve managed to keep it classy. The lighting is perfectly dimmed in the evenings (thank god, because harsh hotel lighting is my pet peeve), and the beds are seriously comfortable – I’m talking about the kind where you actually sleep past your usual wake-up time.
What really sets this place apart is the wine program – and I’m not just talking about a dusty bottle of house red at dinner. They’ve got someone who clearly knows what they’re doing curating selections, and if you’re into wine at all, you’ll find yourself lingering in the lobby or wherever they do their tastings way longer than you planned. Even if you’re not a wine person, the food pairings are excellent. The check-in process was refreshingly smooth too – none of that “your room isn’t ready yet even though it’s 4 PM” nonsense. Actually, they had everything sorted before I even finished filling out the forms. Parking was straightforward, which honestly surprised me given how boutique places sometimes overlook these practical details. The only minor thing – and I’m really reaching here – is that if you’re a super early riser, the breakfast service doesn’t start quite as early as some of the bigger chain hotels, but the quality more than makes up for waiting an extra hour. This is definitely the kind of place where you book directly with them next time instead of hunting around for deals, because the experience is worth paying for properly.

one of the best hotel I’ve stayed.
the service is excellent, the breakfast is really good and tasty and the location is very convenient in the heart of the city.German from Saudi Arabia (8/10)
The location and decoration

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, and exceptional food. Our room overlooked the fountain, so even though it's in a very accessible area of Tbilisi we only heard water through our open window. The staff are above and beyond, and the breakfast is exceptional.

The decoration was stylish and sumptuous, totally in keeping with the building. It's located on the edge of the old quarter, so it's possible to walk to major attractions. The dinner menu was creative fusion food, wine recommendations from the waiter good, and it was the only breakfast I had in Georgia that featured sparkling wine!

The sweet I take # A is fabulous & feels like home. I will reserve again if I visit Tabilisi.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially we felt It's a little uncomfortable for us as its not a typical hotel. But once we settled down we just loved it. The hotel is location close to the city centre. Food was good. What I liked most is the service provided by the staff and the hotel decor. The people at the hotel are so good that you can ask them for any kind of help and they would help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with carpets all over, many antique pieces are displayed all over. There are sofa sets with cushions where one can relax. It feels like being in a house, not in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Very cosy hotel, very friendly and attentive staff which made us feel very welcome. Exceptional food in the restaurant, by far the best we had in Georgia during our one week visit (especially Phali was the best!) very attentive service by Levan and Genat. Lovely and very friendly housekeeping lady. and also life piano music at breakfast and dinner by Tomas was a lovely touch, thank you Tomas . Thank you Tea for the good bye present!
