The building itself has that beautiful Georgian architecture – you know, those wooden balconies that seem to lean out over the street like they’re trying to catch neighborhood gossip. What I loved most was how quiet it gets at night despite being so central. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional late-night reveler wandering back from the wine bars (and honestly, you might be one of them), but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you awake. The rooms have thick walls and those heavy wooden shutters that actually block out light and sound when you need them to.

The staff here really knows their stuff about the neighborhood – they’ll point you toward the little family-run restaurants tucked away in courtyards that you’d never find on your own, and they actually seem to care whether you have a good time. I mean, the owner spent twenty minutes drawing me a hand-sketched map to find this tiny khachapuri place that doesn’t even have a sign. The whole experience feels personal in a way that’s getting harder to find these days. With a 9.8 rating, you’d expect something special, and it delivers – but not in that over-polished, sterile way some highly-rated places do. It’s more like staying at a really stylish friend’s place, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and lived in one of the most atmospheric neighborhoods in the Caucasus. The walking to Narikala Fortress takes maybe ten minutes uphill, and you’re close enough to the sulfur baths that you can actually smell that distinctive (though not unpleasant) mineral scent drifting through the streets on humid evenings.

  Это место – рай для отдыха. Мы отмечали свадьбу. Предварительно мне ответили на все мои вопросы. Огромный плюс, что можно было с животными.
  Итак: дом – чистый, отличный ремонт, прекрасная ванная (обычно в Тбилиси душ), в доме есть большое кол-во посуды и приборов. Так же был чай, кофе, сахар. Вся кухонная утварь.
  Комнаты все просторные, кровати неимоверно удобные, хотелось забрать с собой подушку – уж очень удобная..
  кондиционер стоит так, что доходит до всех комнат, дом долго держит температуру, даже если его выключить! Всегда прохладно.
  Хозяин при встрече рассказал обо всем, что может понадобится. Очень отзывчивый и приятный. Девушка координатор – вообще нет слов, один восторг. Всегда на связи, готова решить любой вопрос и всегда поможет.
  Соседи – приятный бонус. Безумно добрые и гостеприимные.
  Я ни сколько не пожалела, что сняла этот дом, чтобы отметить с близкими свой самый счастливый день 🥰
