  The balcony, location, and view are the big positives for this property. I've lived around Vera for several weeks, and this is one of the quieter streets. You're way up on the 16th floor, which helps some.
  The bedroom is pretty dark for quality sleeping. There wasn't much noise.
  The wifi was a solid 25 Mbps down and 29 Mbps up, and it was reliable except on the final day.
  The host was friendly and provided all required information.

  Location is just next to the park and 5 minutes walk to Rustaveli m/s. View from veranda was fantastic.
  Market was in next building and acceptable till 23:00. Close to the location very nice cafe for coffee, sweets and lunch. Cleaning service inform us before for acceptable time.
  Owner was very polite, and provide us support whenever we asked. At the entrance very kind man who knows all cars and visitors. Very safe place and all neighbors were absolutely supportive and polite.
