Noise-wise, the building is quiet, but if you live on Alexander Griboedov Street you’ll hear the distant chatter of the street vendors selling fresh fruit and the occasional clatter from the bakery next door. The apartment’s insulation is decent; I didn’t feel the heat from the street even when the city was bustling.

Parking is a bit of a hassle. There’s no dedicated parking lot, so you’ll have to find a spot on the street or in a nearby parking garage, which can be a bit of a hunt in the evenings. I ended up taking a taxi to the nearby park and came back to a spot that was a few meters away, but it worked. The neighborhood itself is a real gem if you’re into the local vibe: just a block away is the famous “Shavi Lomi” café where the owner will tell you the backstory of every bean they roast. And for a quick bite, the street market on Mtatsminda Street offers everything from grilled cheese to khinkali.   • Находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Руставели. Рядом и метро, и Сквер 9-го апреля, и Дом Парламента. И магазины)
  • У вас не просто квартира, а отдельный вход с улицы
  • Ключи находятся рядом со входом, вам никто не нужен для заселения
  • Очень уютная винтажная гостиная с двумя диванчиками, мягкой мебелью и оригинальной столовой зоной
  • Две полноценные изолированные спальни
  • Много мелочей продумано, есть всё доступное
  • Хозяин написал мне ночью, всё ли у нас в порядке) Это говорит о том, что у нас не возникло ни одного вопроса, и всё необходимое мы нашли без проблем
  • Кстати, в короткой переписке хозяин был очень приветлив и любезен
  • Цена-качество просто на высоте!
