Twins Tower 5 Overview
I stayed in Tbilisi at Twins Tower 5 last spring, and honestly, the first thing that hit me was the hum of the city from the balcony—cars, kids yelling, the distant clatter of a café espresso machine. The building itself is a modern take on the classic twin towers, and you get a killer view of the old city rooftops if you’re lucky with your room. I booked a double on the 12th floor, and the elevator was almost instant—no long waits, which is a lifesaver when you’re early in the morning and the city is still waking up. The front desk staff were super friendly, almost like old friends—one of the clerks even remembered that I had a small allergy to floral scents and offered me a hypoallergenic pillow.
Parking is a bit of a hustle, you know? The street right outside is free, but you have to be quick before the city’s traffic light switches to a red cycle. I found a spot right on Gorgasali Street, which is one block away from the main bus terminal—easy to hop on a bus to the Old Town. The noise level when you’re in the lobby is moderate; the building’s soundproofing is good but not perfect— a faint thud from a nearby construction site can still sneak through if you’re on the lower floors. But once you’re in your room, the quiet is a relief. The room itself is cozy, with a plush mattress that knows the curve of your back, and the bathroom is a clean, minimalist space—no fancy marble, just functional. I did notice the closet was a bit cramped; you might want to bring a collapsible shoe rack or two, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of gear.
The real charm of Twins Tower 5 is all the neighborhood details. I walked six minutes to the top of Mtatsminda Park for sunrise, and the view of the city at dawn was unforgettable—mist curling over the vineyards, the church spires just starting to glow. The hotel’s breakfast spread was a highlight: a platter of khachapuri with fresh cheese, a plate of fresh-cut figs, and a steaming pot of Georgian black tea that smelled like warm cinnamon and cardamom. The lobby’s coffee shop had a small barista who would add a dash of cardamom to your latte—trust me, you’ll want to try that. And the night? I could hear the distant music from a house near the old bazaar, and the scent of roasted chestnuts drifting through the open windows made the place feel like a home away from home. The only thing that could use a tweak is the Wi‑Fi speed; it’s decent, but if you’re a heavy downloader, you might want to bring a USB hotspot. All things considered, Twins Tower 5 is a gem for anyone who wants to feel the pulse of Tbilisi without the touristy hassle—just a little noise, a lot of charm, and the kind of service that makes you feel like a regular.
The luxury concierge service in Tbilisi offers personalized access to traditional Georgian cooking classes, premium wine tastings, and VIP cultural events in this charming Old Town with its distinctive balconied architecture.

Amazing cozy place 😊 Everything was perfect! Thank you!
Fair – Kate from United Kingdom – May 11, 2025 (5/10)
It was comfortable, nicely decorated
What could be improved: That the lift didn’t work on two occasions and I had to take off my shoes to use to keep stair door open when I went to buy milk around the corner.
There were 2-3 long dark hairs in the bed. I’m blonde.
The location is incredibly hard to find on google maps — it shows up as being across the river. But the person on WhatsApp was very quick to send me the google maps link when I got lost.
That the lift stopped working (and you can’t get inside) because it needed “topping up” wasn’t great — I was very worried I’d be kicked out late at night.
Probably okay location for locals, but definitely not great for tourists. It’s not the distance (I enjoy walking), it’s the hazardous roads, lack of footpaths in many places, no underpasses across 3-lane traffic etc. really hard to enjoy this!Exceptional – Anastasiia from Georgia – May 18, 2025 (10/10)
Свежий ремонт, удобный матрас
What could be improved: Долго не шла горячая вода, полотенцесушитель был холодный, наволочки плохого качестваExceptional – Марина from Kazakhstan – April 3, 2025 (10/10)
Очень чистая квартира, свежая – все понравилось, есть тапочки, зубные щётки, настольные игры, машинка, сушилка, все необходимое. Тихий двор, рядом много магазинов. Рекомендую👌
