  Очень понравилась квартира. Отличное расположение, рядом есть магазины и всё необходимое. Особенно порадовал просторный балкон и то, что в квартире оказалось гораздо больше кухонных принадлежностей, чем ожидал. Вживую квартира выглядит даже больше и уютнее, чем на фото. Всё было комфортно!

  Отличные апартаменты. Меня встретили сразу по приезду и разрешили поздний выезд, хозяева быстро отвечали на сообщения. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, локация тоже очень хорошая – рядом много продуктовых магазинов, кафе и т.д. В целом район Ваке один из самых лучших и красивых в Тбилиси, и жилье в этом районе обычно дорогое, но здесь цена была вполне доступной. Апартаменты очень уютные. Что для меня плюс – большой балкон, есть и где вещи посушить, и где посидеть с чашечкой кофе

  Чистая, уютная квартира с шикарным балконом. Интеллигентные и отзывчивые хозяева, всегда готовые помочь. Рядом с домом много магазинов, где можно купить всё необходимое.

  Очень уютная и комфортная квартира-студия с шикарным балконом и удобной кроватью. Плюсом является обогреватель, да еще с дистанционным управлением) Минусом – душ, в котором сложно нормально отрегулировать воду и само его устройство – шторка, никакого барьера от остального помещения.
  В целом, хорошее место, тихо, удобно, недалеко кафе и магазины.

  Отличная квартира с восхитительным просторным балконом, с видом во внутренний двор, тишиной, птичками и соседом-ореховым деревом. Мягкое кресло на балконе – это просто шик. В квартире идеальная чистота, уютная красота, белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Есть вся необходимая посуда для готовки, сахар-соль-масло, чай-кофе-печеньки (для первого дня), острые ножи!!! Очень милая, внимательная хозяйка Нино всегда на связи с готовностью помочь во всех вопросах. Рекомендую!!!
