TownHouse Tbilisi Boutique Hotel Overview
You know what struck me first about TownHouse Tbilisi Boutique Hotel? It’s got this effortless sophistication that doesn’t try too hard – which honestly is pretty rare in boutique places these days. I mean, you walk in and immediately get why it’s pulling a 9.2 rating. The lobby has this perfect mix of Georgian architectural elements with modern touches that actually work together instead of feeling forced. There’s something about the lighting that makes everything look warm and inviting, especially in the evenings when you’re coming back from exploring the old town.
What really gets me about this place is how it manages to feel both intimate and polished at the same time. The rooms are thoughtfully designed – not huge, but cleverly laid out so you don’t feel cramped. I particularly loved the bathroom fixtures and the way they’ve incorporated local textiles without going overboard on the “authentic Georgian experience” thing that some hotels push too hard. The staff actually seems to know what they’re doing too, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to figure out Tbilisi for the first time. They gave me restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots, and their timing advice for visiting Narikala Fortress was spot-on.
Here’s the thing about staying here – you’re perfectly positioned to really experience the city properly. You can walk to most of the places you’ll want to see, but you’re not right in the middle of the chaos either. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see locals going about their day, not just other tourists taking photos. I noticed the hotel gets quieter around 10 PM, which is perfect if you’re someone who needs decent sleep (the windows actually block out street noise pretty well). Honestly, for a 4-star property, it punches above its weight in terms of attention to detail and service quality. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the owners actually care about the guest experience rather than just maximizing occupancy rates.

The staff are the best I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They were also super helpful when I needed to extend my stay.
The room was also awazing and the view in the balcony is something you must experience.
There is no question, next time I am in Tbilisi this is where I will stay.Aarti from United Arab Emirates (10/10)
It was my leisure trip, a solo trip to Georgia. I had to visit other places as well so I only had one day to stay in the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi.
It was kind of a last-minute booking of mine through booking.com and initially, I was a bit afraid of how the property would be because sometimes it shows differently online. In reality, it's different. The moment I entered the hotel for check-in I felt a different vibe altogether it felt like home to me, with calm and relaxing vibes right from the property entrance itself.
I was traveling continuously so I didn't feel relaxed for days but the moment I entered there it was like I entered my own house full of warmth. Tina was the host to assist me and she was so welcoming and polite throughout my stay. Starting from the check-in she assisted me in providing the best available room according to my preference, after that she made sure my stay was smooth enough until I checked out. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and roam the old Tbilisi city. Whenever I am traveling next there for sure I'll be staying in Townhouse only. Loved their hospitality and service.Lucia from Croatia (10/10)
