  Very recently renovated apartment. Good materials and high quality of work. An excellent location just on a side street of one of Tbilisi's lively main tourist areas. Spotless clean, high-quality bedding and such. It's not really landlord's fault if neighbors are loud, playing piano or renovating their apartments. Apart of this, very nice, if not excellent apartment. The landlord is having a professional approach for customer service and his business – easy to deal with.

  Апаратменты понравились. Все как на фото. Во первых расположение: почти в центре города, 7 минут до станции метро, вокруг огромное количество кафе и различных магазинов, при этом апаратменты на очень тихой улочке. Мы прекрасно высыпались, так как было тихо и очень удобные большие кровати. В номере вай фай отлично работает, есть кабельное телевидение, микроволновка, стиральная машинка, посуда. Прекрасный управляющий, который помогал нам во всех вопросах (общение через Ватсап на английском). С адресом указанным на Букинге неточность. Указан дом 10, а правильно 10А. Но на картах Гугл действительно дом 10А не находит, так что скорее всего они и не могли правильный дом указать. Дом 10 и 10А находятся рядом (буква А на доме указана на грузинском). Получение ключей в сейфе возле квартиры по коду. Это очень удобно.
  
  What could be improved: Все в принципе понравилось. Правда в ванной периодически появляется запах канализации, он устряняется включением вытяжки в ванной. Это скорее всего связано с тем, что дом старинный и канализация старая. Тут никак не повлияешь на это. И хотелось бы, чтоб чуть лучше мыли полы. Но это мелочи, которые не повлияли на впечатление.

  Прекрасное расположение, все рядом, рынок, центр, метро, магазины, ресторан и кафе! Квартира очень светлая, уютная, с высоченными потолками и прекрасным видом на грузинский дворик, с музыкой и птичками по утрам! Чистое белье, хорошая постель, все что необходимо для проживания есть в наличии, все работает! Есть даже стиральная машинка, но нам была не актуальна!
