  Location was very comfortable for us, because we lived very close to our friends. And all the interesting and important places pf Tbilisi were very easy to reach by walking or public transport. Abs also this place has a great view to Mtatzminda mountain and Mziuri park 👍👍

  Bright and spacious apartment with high ceilings, and with a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a big family like ours, we were with kids. Very quiet area and many supermarkets nearby. The host Irakli is nice and responsive person. The check-in process was also very smooth and at a time convenient for us.

  Vermieter des Appartements Irakli, hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben unseren Aufenthalt in Tiflis am besten zu gestalten und es ist ihm voll gelungen.
  Das Appartement war groß, sauber und charmant möbliert, Die Ausflüge haben wir auch über Irakli gebucht, unser Guide Gari, war auch ein ganz höflicher, hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Einfach top!
  Unser Aufenthalt in Tiflis war sehr schön und bleibt unvergesslich.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, ganz in der Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine U-Bahn-Station, Restaurants und Cafés. Das Stadtzentrum und mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles notwendige für angenehmen Aufenthalt: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck, 2 Fernseher. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Abwicklung und Kommunikation waren unkompliziert. Wir haben die Wohnung für ein Familientreffen gemietet und sind durchaus zufrieden.

  Фотографии опубликованные видимо старые, мебель старая – матрасы ,подушки, белье, диван в гостиной. Кухня не отличается чистотой. Душевая лейка не держится в стойке. Запах затхлости в квартире.

  Полноценная просторная двухспальная квартира с 2-санузлами и кухня с бытовыми техника, находится в тихом зеленом районе, от центра в 5 мин.езды на машине. Вокруг много магазинов.
  
  What could be improved: Квартира не уютная, присутствует запах канализации с санузлов. Мы об этом сообщили хозяину, обещали исправить. Рядом многоквартирный дом, в котором 2 нижних этажах не ведены в эксплуатацию, поэтому двор получается полуброшенным и не ухоженным
