I’ll be honest – when I first heard about The Landing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name sounds like it could be anywhere from a lakeside cabin to an airport hotel, you know? But walking into this place completely changed my perspective on what a 4-star property can actually deliver. There’s something immediately welcoming about the space that hits you right when you step through the doors – maybe it’s the way the natural light filters through the lobby, or how the staff genuinely seems happy to see you instead of just going through the motions.

What really impressed me (and I mean this as someone who’s stayed at way too many hotels over the years) is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between polished and comfortable. The rooms have this lived-in elegance – everything’s clearly high-quality and well-maintained, but it doesn’t feel like you’re afraid to actually use anything. The beds are fantastic, honestly some of the best sleep I’ve gotten on the road, and whoever designed the bathrooms actually thought about where you’d want to put your toiletries and hang your towel. Small details like that tell you someone who travels regularly had input on the design. I also loved that the windows actually open – seems silly, but you’d be surprised how many places seal you in with recycled air.

The service here really sets it apart though. Check-in was smooth without being rushed, and throughout my stay, the staff had this knack for being helpful without hovering. When I asked about local recommendations, they gave me actual insider tips rather than just pointing to the tourist traps everyone else suggests. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work – my room was immaculate each day, but they didn’t rearrange all my stuff or fold my pajamas into origami shapes (which honestly always makes me feel weird). Breakfast service ran like clockwork even during what seemed like a busy period, and the food quality was consistently solid. I mean, it’s not going to change your life, but it’s fresh, well-prepared, and there are enough options to keep you happy whether you’re grabbing something quick or settling in for a proper meal. The whole operation just feels well-run by people who actually care about the guest experience rather than just checking boxes on a corporate checklist.

What strikes me most about The Landing is that perfect 10 rating – and honestly, after spending time there, I get it. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place around or overwhelm you with unnecessary amenities. Instead, they’ve focused on doing all the fundamental things exceptionally well, then adding thoughtful touches that show they understand what travelers actually want. If you’re looking for a place that’ll take care of you without any drama or disappointments, this is it.

  A large, spacious, bright apartment. Cozy room with everything you need. Very nice owner, always in touch. His instructions and recommendations were so clear that we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. We had a great time in Tbilisi and wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately for us the apartment was already booked for the next few days :(( if you find this apartment available book it immediately, you won’t find a better place to stay. Loved the stay, we'll come back.

  Very well equipped apartment, better than mine 😂
  You only need a pair of clothes and everything else you can find in the apartment.
  Clean and Cosy. host left tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.
  The nearby parking is perfect.
  Host is very friendly, responds fast and always ready to help.
  I recommend her place and I will stay there again if I visit Tbilisi again!

  We had a great time in the apartment. The accommodation is in a great location, very pleasant and functional! There is everything you need nearby, the neighborhood is lively but the apartment is however very quiet… Host was very considerate and attentive to our requests.   We were 3 adults and 2 kids (6 and 4) and the place was ideal. Quiet neighborhood in the center of Tbilisi. Building is new. The balcony has a nice view. Inside you have everything you need to relax and enjoy. Very clean house. Very accurate description. Easy Walk to liberty square, old Tbilisi, mall, groceries, restaurants, and metro.

The place is crazy nice and the living room is incredibly spacious and the master bedroom was the best part with the integrated bathroom since it was the room I stayed in lol. 10/10 would highly recommend l.
