Tbilisi is that kind of city where the old and the new just blend together in a way that feels almost magical. I remember stepping off the train, the smell of fresh coffee from a nearby café mingled with the faint scent of roasted chestnuts from a street vendor on Taras Shevchenko Street. From there, The Grand Apartment l sits right on a quiet corner in Mtatsminda, a bit removed from the hustle of the Old Town but still close enough that the city’s song is always in the background. The check‑in was surprisingly smooth—though I must admit the front desk was a little slow because a couple of guests had just arrived, which is normal for the peak season—but the staff did a great job getting the keycard to my door and even offered a quick city guide that had a few hidden spots I hadn’t seen in the guidebooks.
Honestly, the room itself was a breath of fresh air. I mean, the space feels open, the walls are painted in soft neutrals that make the high windows look even more dramatic, and the view of the city skyline from the balcony is something you only get if you’re lucky. There’s a small balcony with a couple of chairs and a table—perfect for sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mtatsminda park. The bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud, and the blackout curtains actually blocked out the street noise even though the street is a bit lively at night. If you’re traveling with a stroller or a lot of luggage, the elevator is a lifesaver. There’s a small parking lot right behind the building, but it’s really a paid space, so I parked my car a block away on the street where you can find free parking during the weekdays.

  There were three of us for an extended weekend in Tbilisi . The apartment is in the old town and at the same time in a very cozy area, a small grocery store right across the street was selling natural foods and vegetables directly from the owner's village, we only shop there even though the building was surrounded with supermarkets and cafe-bars.
  It's really beautifully developed and decorated. The place is definitely worth staying!

  Very good location, everything is nearby, inner decoration of the apartment is very good, equipped with everything, if you will need any of kitchen requirement, either you will find it there either host will provide within two minutes, my personal recommendation is to visit Restaurant Zodiac, it is famous restaurant in Georgia where you can taste most delicious Khinkali!

  Wonderful clean space. Felt right at home and loved the soft beds and transfer service from and to the airport! Location was great for visiting Tbilisi sights and has great restaurants in walkable range. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t be happier with our stay in Tbilisi!

  What a great apartment. A lot of space and very comfortable. Two bathrooms, a big bedroom and a kitchen that had everything. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the apartment is right in the center of city but at the same time in a very cozy area so you can sleep peacefully at night. Also building was surrounded with pharmacies and supermarkets. .

  Me and my friend spent 3 nights here and I can say that it is a great place to stay. Within walking distance of all the main sights. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, taxi and bus stops right outside also. The flat itself is spotlessly clean and in a very safe and central location. Power sockets near the beds are a huge plus. Host was always quick to reply to any query and was very kind in letting us keep our luggage in warehouse while we went out sightseeing on our last day
