Mtatsminda is one of those neighborhoods where old Tbilisi character meets modern convenience. You can walk to the main attractions without dealing with the chaos of staying right on Rustaveli Avenue. The cable car to Mtatsminda Park is practically around the corner, and you know what? That alone makes evening strolls pretty special. The neighborhood truly offers the best of both worlds.

The Room Experience

The room setup here feels more like a well-appointed apartment than your typical hotel space. There’s attention to detail that you notice right away — proper lighting for reading, enough outlets where you actually need them, and windows that open to let in that Georgian mountain air. The design strikes this nice balance between contemporary comfort and local touches, though it’s the little things that stick with you.   Very conveniently located in the city centre next to a huge carrefour.
  Clean inside with all the essentials you need.
  Host very helpful and accommodating. We didn’t arrive until 5am’ish and struggled to find them so Teona (?) sent someone to find me thankfully!
  Stayed Thursday/Friday with my 2 kids before attending a wedding up in the mountains at a lake resort and returned for 1 more night on the Monday before flying home.

  Отличное месторасположение квартиры! Буквально все самое необходимое в 3-5 минутах ходьбы: парк, кафе и рестораны, супермаркет, аптеки, рынок, метро. Квартиры очень уютная и тем не менее просторная! Хозяйка квартиры очень дружелюбная, провела нас по окрестностям сразу, все рассказала. По любым вопросам всегда готова помочь!
