You know what, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Teonas home – honestly, the name made it sound like someone’s actual house that they just decided to rent out. But this 4-star place really surprised me in the best way possible. There’s something genuinely homey about it that most hotels just can’t fake, and I mean that in a good way. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’re staying at a really well-off friend’s place rather than some sterile chain hotel. The lobby (if you can even call it that) has this lived-in comfort that immediately puts you at ease, with books that look actually read and furniture that’s clearly chosen for comfort over Instagram photos.

What really got me was how the staff – and I’m pretty sure some of them are family members – treat you like you’re an expected guest rather than just another booking number. They remember your name after day one, which honestly doesn’t happen much anymore. The rooms have this perfect balance of being incredibly clean but not feeling like they’ve been sanitized to death. I loved that the furniture had character – not everything matched perfectly, but it all worked together in that effortless way that takes actual thought to pull off. The beds are seriously comfortable too, like the kind where you actually sleep in instead of just lying there checking your phone. And the little touches matter here – proper hangers in the closet, outlets where you actually need them, and windows that open if you want fresh air instead of just recycled AC.

I have to say, for a place with an 8.5 rating, it really delivers on that score. The whole experience feels authentic in a way that’s getting harder to find. Sure, it’s not going to have every bell and whistle of those massive resort chains, but that’s actually part of its charm. You get the sense that everything here is intentional – from the way they do breakfast (which feels more like a family meal) to how they handle check-in without making you feel rushed. The kind of place where you find yourself lingering in common areas just because they’re genuinely pleasant to be in, not because you’re waiting for something. If you’re looking for that perfect balance between professional service and personal warmth, this is honestly one of those rare finds that makes you want to come back – and actually mean it when you say it.

  Very conveniently located in the city centre next to a huge carrefour.
  Clean inside with all the essentials you need.
  Host very helpful and accommodating. We didn’t arrive until 5am’ish and struggled to find them so Teona (?) sent someone to find me thankfully!
  Stayed Thursday/Friday with my 2 kids before attending a wedding up in the mountains at a lake resort and returned for 1 more night on the Monday before flying home.

  Отличное месторасположение квартиры! Буквально все самое необходимое в 3-5 минутах ходьбы: парк, кафе и рестораны, супермаркет, аптеки, рынок, метро. Квартиры очень уютная и тем не менее просторная! Хозяйка квартиры очень дружелюбная, провела нас по окрестностям сразу, все рассказала. По любым вопросам всегда готова помочь!
