The room itself was a compact, stylish retreat. The bed was a massive king‑size that promised comfort, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gave a panoramic view of the city’s sprawl and the distant Caucasus peaks. I could hear the distant hum of traffic from the 19th‑street side, but near midnight the streets quieted down – just enough city noise to remind you that you’re still in a bustling metropolis. They had a small balcony with a kettle, and the tea they supplied was from a small local potager, so you can taste the real Georgia if you’re into that. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a deep soaking tub – perfect after a day wandering the cobbled streets of Old Town or climbing the funicular up to Mtatsminda Park. Parking is a bit of a hassle; the street is narrow and usually full, but the hotel offers a small, paid parking lot a block away, so you won’t have to spend your day searching for a spot.

Dining was a real treat. Their in‑house café serves a breakfast that’s a mix of sweet and savory, with freshly baked khachapuri and a strong, aromatic Georgian coffee that you can’t find anywhere else. For lunch, the hotel’s little bistro on the 2nd floor offers a menu that leans heavily on local dishes – I tried the khinkali (dumplings) and the grilled octopus, which was simply divine. If you’re looking for a night out, the hotel’s rooftop bar is a must‑visit: the skyline view of the Sioni Cathedral at dusk is absolutely breathtaking, and the bartenders are friendly enough to show you how to make a traditional Georgian shashlik cocktail. The only critique I’d have: the Wi‑Fi can be spotty during peak hours, but that’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. In short, this place feels like a secret haven for travelers who want to feel the pulse of the city without losing the comforts of a home.

  Had a great time in the apartment. The location is perfect – right in the center, but not on the main street so you get some peace and quiet. The design is modern and well thought out, with various amenities readily available. Definitely would recommend.

  Lovely place. The property has a feel of new when you step inside, even better than described.
  Host was a very attentive host, very helpful and we really appreciated his attention to detail and the goodies she left us like coffee and sugar was a really nice touch, We felt very welcome. The flat is on the walking distance from the sights, a really lovely driver who took us from the airport to the place also showed us around and showed places we should have to visit. Overall very nice experience, thank you for such a beautiful service and being so friendly

  The apartment was located next to the very central avenue of Tbilisi, named Rustaveli avenue, but the building itself is located in a quiet and central neighborhood, location is really top.
  Apartment looked exactly like the pictures, equipped with everything, dish and cloth washing machines and dryer was a big comfort..
  Host Who met us very early morning at the entrance, was very nice, polite person was always available for us and took excellent care of us.
  We highly recommend staying in this apartment and would come back any time.
