Tbilisi two bedroom apartment Overview
I recently stayed at the two‑bedroom apartment in Tbilisi, under the name “Tbilisi two bedroom apartment.” It’s tucked in the winding streets of Mtatsminda, just a stone’s throw from the old fort walls and the tea‑knotting cafés that locals swear by. The moment I stepped in, the scent of roasted chestnuts from the nearby street vendor wafted through the door—an instant reminder that you’re in the heart of the city, not some bland hotel block.
The flat itself feels like a home you somehow missed. The living room is spacious enough to stretch a yoga mat, yet the view of the city’s silhouette at sunset is the real star. A quirky, slightly worn sofa invites you to sit and watch the world go by, while a small kitchenette is stocked with a kettle, a few local spices, and an old-fashioned electric stove that’s still reliable. The two bedroom suites feel like private citadels—the windows open up to a gentle breeze, and the windowsills are lined with potted herbs you can actually taste. Check‑in was surprisingly smooth; the host sent a QR code ahead of time, so I bypassed the usual morning rush. I did have a quick moment of confusion because the apartment’s name includes the city, but the host clarified that my key was the one with the small blue sticker—so that sort of thing.
Noise is a real consideration, especially on the weekend when the city’s nightlife pulses through the streets. Early mornings are quiet, which is great for a lazy Sunday brunch. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, but honestly, the occasional church bells or the distant rumble from the bus lanes are just part of the soundtrack. Parking is a bit of a challenge—there’s no dedicated spot, but there is a small street‑parking zone a block away. I parked on the right side of the street, and my car stayed safe all night. The host even left a map of the most efficient parking spots for a fee, which turned out to be a lifesaver.
Mtatsminda itself is a gem of a neighborhood. If you’re looking to dive into local life, start at the small market on Shota Rustaveli Street, where vendors shout prices for fresh apricots and artisanal cheese. A quick bus ride (or a 10‑minute walk) takes you to the Stalin Museum and the Cathedral of the Mother of God, both of which offer panoramic views that stretch as far as the Caucasus foothills. For a laid‑back afternoon, swing by the Vake Park—there’s a little café at the edge that serves the best iced tea in town. If you’re traveling late in the season, the streets quiet down, and the city’s historic lamplight flickers over cobblestones, creating a scene straight out of a postcard. The apartment’s location gives you the best of both worlds: a serene retreat from the hustle, yet within arm’s reach of the city’s pulse. If you’re planning a trip, just remember to bring a pair of comfortable shoes, a sense of adventure, and maybe a small notebook to jot down the quirky street names you’ll discover along the way.

This place is great for travelers since it's only like a 5 minute walk to and from the main sights:) It was also very nice on the inside, beautifully furnished with all the amenities! The host was also nice enough to send a transfer service for a very good price which guided us on the way to the apartment and helped us exchange money. I would highly recommend staying here!
Wonderful! Will be back! – Kamil from Poland – February 28, 2025 (10/10)
First of all, the house was 2 minutes away from the avenue of Rustaveli. It’s in a wonderful location, the house was immaculately clean and everything a guest could need was very much available ❤️, the bed and pillows were comfy and the extra pillows were also available in the closet. It was a wonderful experience, great service. Thanks 💖✌💐

The apartment is in a new building and is exactly as it looks on the photos. It's big but cosy and warm. It was spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels, toilet paper rolls, 'first aid' bathroom necessities and necessary kitchen utensils (which you actually don't need as there are many bars and restaurants around the place). Walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, shopping malls, …
Host is very responsive and nice. Our very late arrival to Tbilisi was not a problem. He also helped us arrange the transport.Exceptional – Robert from Poland – February 20, 2025 (10/10)
