I mean, when you’re wandering through Tbilisi’s winding streets and finally step inside this place, there’s something immediately welcoming about it that goes beyond just good service.

The thing is, this isn’t your typical four-star setup where everything feels a bit too polished and impersonal. Instead, it’s got this lived-in charm that makes sense once you realize the owners actually put thought into creating spaces where people genuinely want to hang out. The common areas have these little nooks with local artwork – not the generic stuff you see everywhere, but pieces that actually tell you something about Georgian culture. I spent way more time than planned just sitting in their lounge area, watching locals and travelers naturally strike up conversations over wine. The staff seems to know everyone’s coffee preferences by day two, which sounds small but honestly makes such a difference when you’re dealing with jet lag or trying to figure out your day.

What really sets this place apart though is how they handle the details that most places either ignore or overcomplicate. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy speeches about amenities, just genuine recommendations about where to grab the best khachapuri nearby (and they were spot-on, by the way). The rooms themselves strike this perfect balance between local character and modern comfort. You’ve got proper blackout curtains – crucial if you’re staying during summer when the sun barely sets – plus actually reliable wifi and shower pressure that doesn’t give out halfway through. I particularly appreciated that they stock real Georgian wine in the minibar alongside the usual suspects, and the pricing isn’t completely ridiculous.

The location works really well too, though you’ll want to brush up on your uphill walking skills. You’re close enough to the old town that you can easily wander over to Narikala Fortress or get lost in the sulfur bath district, but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. I noticed they’ve figured out the parking situation better than most places in the area – there’s a small lot that doesn’t require advanced engineering skills to navigate, which anyone who’s driven in Tbilisi will appreciate. The neighborhood has this authentic residential feel where you’ll hear kids playing in courtyards and smell someone’s grandmother cooking amazing food, but without feeling like you’re intruding on local life. With a 9.9 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get why people keep coming back.

  Host was a wonderful person. So friendly and responded quickly. His apartment was in such a wonderful condition! Bedrooms were very cozy despite the fact that it was located right in the center of the city. My wife and I love to cook everything by ourselves and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for it. So much to do and see in the walking distance. Also really quick access to 2 metro stations. We have already said when we return to Tbilisi, we will be staying here again.

  Very cute little apartment! The hostess went the extra mile. Super equipped – you can also cook well. Centrally located, but still very quiet! Parking is available in the area, which is a huge comfort. During your stay in Tbilisi you do not need the car and can leave it there. Everything is within walking distance. Overall, the apartment is well above the average listing. Total Recommendation from our side!! 😊

  This is the second time we are choosing and enjoying all this warmth and warmth that comes out of this space! Host there whenever we needed him! Fully equipped with everything you may need and spotlessly clean! Location is very good, close to 2 metro stations. The area is very Quiet despite being very central and whatever you want you can reach with your feet.
