Here’s where this place really shines — the location is genuinely fantastic. You’re close enough to the old town that you can easily walk there (about 15 minutes), but far enough away that you escape the tourist crowds and noise. I mean, there’s something to be said for being able to explore Narikala Fortress during the day and then retreat to a quiet neighborhood in the evening. The area has this authentic residential feel where you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, plus there are some great little cafes and a decent grocery store within walking distance.

The attention to detail here is what really impressed me. The hosts clearly understand what travelers actually need — reliable Wi-Fi, good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually work, and a well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook. It’s those small things that make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for several days. The building is quiet too, which I wasn’t expecting given how central the location is. I slept really well here, and that’s not always a given when you’re traveling.

  Thank you very much to my dearest Ruska the owner of the property. It’s a perfect place to stay with this beautiful apartment. We feel very comfortable for staying 2 weeks with my husband .
