The bathroom felt like a small spa, with this rainfall shower that I may have used for way too long each morning. And the beds – well, let’s just say checkout felt personally offensive because I wanted to stay wrapped up in those sheets forever. The whole place strikes this incredible balance between feeling luxurious and actually livable, which is harder to pull off than you’d think.

The location puts you right in the heart of Tbilisi, and I spent hours just wandering the surrounding streets discovering little wine bars and galleries tucked into centuries-old buildings. You can walk to most of the major sights, but honestly, the neighborhood itself became part of the experience for me. Evenings were perfect for grabbing a glass of Georgian wine on their terrace – the views over the old town are pretty spectacular, especially when the light hits those colorful balconies just right. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there; it’s not just the beautiful design or the impeccable service (though both are spot-on), it’s how the whole experience feels effortless.   Mariam, Reception staff, was very helpful and nice person. It was our first night in Tbilisi and she made us so relaxed and happy. We enjoyed our conversation with her about Georgia’s history and culture. She also helped us to know about good Georgian restaurants, nearby exchange places and general smoking rules in Tbilisi ! We will definitely come back to this hotel in our future visit to Tbilisi.

  Great location with really good staff, good cleanliness and generally trustworthy personas. The spa + sauna is great, we enjoyed our stay here and the hospitality very much. Everyone was super chill and laid back, had absolutely no issues with communication, or room or anything.
