  Удобное расположение, если вы едете по делам, – это не исторический центр, но рядом крупный ТЦ, две станции метро. Новый дом, хороший ремонт, очень чисто.

  Понравилось буквально все, от начало до конца.
  Приехали сразу после жд вокзала на адрес. Встретили, показали и обьяснили – 10/10.
  Квартирка маленькая, очень уютная, мебель все целое, нигде не скрепит, не болтается, не висит на соплях, все работает. Телевизоры в каждой комнате, вайфай, тёплые полы, в квартире жара, тихо и спокойно 10/10
  Кухня: Холодильник, микроволновка, газовая плита, вытяжка, все что должно быть на кухне. Чисто и аккуратно, все кухонные принадлежности и средства химиии на месте, очень удобно 10/10
  Спальня: Кровати чистые, мягкие, не вонючие, чистое постельное белье, не рваные и не пожелтевшие. 10/10
  Ванная комната: Мыльно рыльные средства все имеется, душевая кабинка, стиральная машина, фен, удобные раковина и унитаз. Сушильная вешалка. 10/10
  Ну в общем отлично! Ценник огонь, доступный.

  Доброжелательный и участливый хозяин. Быстро реагировал на просьбы, звонки. Помогли разобраться не только в вопросах, касающихся непосредственно размещения, но и объяснили, где метро, магазины.
  Тихий, спокойный район. Хорошо отдохнули.
  Имеется место для парковки, вайфай хороший.
  Если предоставится возможность- остановимся там же. Впечатления остались приятные.
