I was strolling through Tbilisi when I spotted the little block of Tbilisi City Comfort tucked between a bakery that still smells of fresh khachapuri and a tiny tea shop that always has a line of locals waiting for their morning samovars. The building itself is a modest two‑story Georgian–modern hybrid, with a front desk that looks more like a family kitchen than a corporate lobby. The check‑in was quick and surprisingly friendly – the receptionist, a woman named Nino, greeted me with a warm smile and handed me a key card in a paper sleeve that smelled faintly of fresh coffee. I mean, you’d expect a 4‑star hotel to have something fancy, but this place feels like a home you’re borrowing for a few nights.

Parking is a breeze. There’s a small, free street parking spot right across from the hotel, and in the off‑peak season you can even snag a space in the building’s basement for a modest fee. The noise level is pretty reasonable; the main street is a bit lively in the evenings, especially around the Old Town where the night market hums, but the hotel’s walls are thick enough that you don’t hear the footsteps of pedestrians from the other side of the block. The rooms are bright and airy, with a soft, floral duvet cover that smells like fresh laundry. The Wi‑Fi, though, is a bit spotty – I was trying to upload a photo of the sunset over the Mtkvari when the signal dropped for a whole minute. But honestly, that’s a small price to pay for the cozy, lived‑in feel of the place.

The real charm, though, is the neighborhood. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the vibrant Rustaveli Avenue, where you can catch the local tram and see the street performers that draw a crowd every Sunday. On the opposite side of the street, there’s a little café called “Sofiya’s Bakery” that serves the best melokhebi you’ll ever taste. And if you’re in the mood for history, the Freedom Square is just a ten‑minute walk away, where you can explore the National Museum and maybe catch a flash mob of teenagers performing a Georgian folk dance. For the quieter side of life, the hotel’s rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of the city skyline at night – the lights of Tbilisi flicker like a constellation of street lamps. It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside is that the hotel basement isn’t ideal for storing luggage if you’re arriving early – the staff will help, but they’re juggling a lot of guests. All in all, Tbilisi City Comfort gives you a genuine, no‑frills taste of the city’s warm hospitality, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a personal touch and easy access to the heart of Tbilisi.

  Чистая, удобная квартира, с современным ремонтом. Вежливые и добрые хозяева, проявили гибкость т. к нам нужно было съезжать в три часа ночи, они приехали в это время за ключами.
  Дом рядом с метро и рынком. В самом доме есть мини-маркет. Район тихий. Несколько станций и вы в центре города. Отличный вид с окна. Бесплатная парковка во дворе.
  Мы уже второй год останавливаемся в этой квартире. Квартира соответствует тому что на фото.

  지하철, 시내버스 정류장, 그리고 타 도시로 이동하기 위한 버스 정류장이 도보 5분 거리에 위치하여 매우 편리했습니다. 식사를 준비하기 위한 주방 설비가 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고, 세탁기도 편리하게 이용했습니다. 1층에 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 도보 5분 거리 내에 재래시장이 있어 신선한 과일과 채소를 구매할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 청결함은 기본이었고, 침대도 넓고 편안하여 만족스러웠습니다
