You know what caught me off guard about Tbilisi Central Apartment? I honestly wasn’t expecting much from an apartment-style place, but this spot absolutely nailed it. I mean, we’re talking about a perfect 10 rating here, and after staying there, I totally get why. The location puts you right in the thick of things in Tbilisi – you can literally walk to Old Town in about ten minutes, and Rustaveli Avenue (where all the good restaurants and bars are) is practically around the corner.

The apartment itself feels like staying at a really design-savvy friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room. The kitchen actually works – I’m talking full-size fridge, decent cookware, the whole deal – which is huge if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakery and have breakfast on your own terms. The windows are properly soundproofed too, which matters because Tbilisi can get pretty lively at night, especially on weekends. What really impressed me was the attention to detail… quality linens, proper water pressure in the shower, and – this might sound silly but it’s important – really good WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes.

Here’s the thing about staying here versus some of the bigger hotels: you’re getting that local experience without sacrificing comfort. The building has character (it’s got that beautiful Georgian architectural style), but everything inside feels modern and thoughtfully updated. Check-in was smooth – they actually met me at the property instead of making me hunt down some random office. And honestly, for a 4-star place with this kind of rating, the value is incredible. You’re paying way less than you would at the Marriott or Radisson, but getting a more authentic experience. The only tiny downside? Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but honestly, you won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The metro station is close enough, and most of what you’ll want to see is walkable anyway. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s one of those places that just gets it right.

  Such a responsive and professional host. Check in was effortless. Building is very new and well located . For tourists and shoppers it is located in the heart of everything! The apartment is perfect for couples or groups of travelers. The kitchen dishwasher and all appliances are excellent. I had breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen but The cafe “Republic" at the corner became my second living room.

  Apartment was great because it was clean, everything worked, Kitchen was fully equipped, grocery stores were nearby, the building was new and had CCTV cameras all around, it was Central, quiet and close to tourist destinations in Tbilisi, and most importantly the host communicated promptly and kindly. I would definitely rent the apartment !

  Special thanks for the Arranged transfer service driver, who went really beyond, stopped the car at the exchange, in the bank, in a grocery, waited for us very long time and did not complained even at once

  Everything that you need is within very short walking distance. If you absolutely need breakfast as part of your accommodation package, book a hotel. If not, book this apartment. It has all of the amenities that you would need for both short and long stays.

  The place is beautiful and the host is a pleasure to work with! He made the entire experience easy and it added so much to my overall experience in Tbilisi. This particular neighborhood was perfect: close to the metro & amenities (markets, shopping malls and other central tourist sights), but also very close to some of the best restaurant of the city ( Restaurant funicular). Which is located at the top of the mountain with very delicious traditional food and the amazing view of Tbilisi city.the apartment size is pretty good! The host always responded very fast to our requests. Excellent stay, exceeded all our expectations, recommended, it worth it 100%
