I landed in the heart of Tbilisi and was instantly pulled into the buzz of the city from the moment I stepped off the tram. The Tbilisi Center STUDIO is tucked into a modest block on 5 Shevchenko Street, just a stone’s throw from the old Mtatsminda neighborhood. The building itself looks almost like a forgotten piece of the 1950s—brick façade, a couple of balconies, and a rusted elevator that rattles a little on the way up. I took the stairs to the third floor, and that’s when the real charm kicked in. Flat 45 is a cozy, two‑bedroom unit that feels more like a home than a hotel; the walls are painted in soft neutrals, the floor is a worn oak that’s surprisingly warm under bare feet. The room is quiet—except for the distant hum of traffic on the street and the occasional clink of a coffee pot from the next apartment. The beds are a solid 1.8 m long, with crisp linens that make you want to stay in forever, and the dual‑zone climate control is a lifesaver during the humid summer nights.

Check‑in was a breeze. The front desk guy, a lanky man with a bright smile, handed me the key card and then, casually, a map of the city with handwritten notes: “Don’t miss the small café on Shota Rustaveli Street, and the market on Samgori Road.” He even noted that the building’s underground parking is small but free. I did stash my car there, and while the space is cramped, the price is a fraction of what the city center’s other spots demand. The only downside is the parking gate’s automatic system, which sometimes takes a minute to unlock—it’s a minor annoyance, but a small price to pay for convenience. The Wi‑Fi was solid; I could stream a movie on the sofa without buffering, which is a big win after a long day of walking. The bathroom feels a bit old‑school, but the shower is hot and the tiles are roughly textured, giving a bit of that rustic feel.

Stepping outside, the city’s energy is palpable. I was just past the small square where a street vendor was grilling kebabs, and the scent of fresh bread wafted across the street. Within minutes, I found myself at the St. Nino Cathedral, its stone spires punctuating the skyline.   Great location, spacious studio, full kitchen where you can cook breakfast. Great AC, very necessary for the Tbilisi summer.
  
  What could be improved: There was no hand soap in the bathroom or the kitchen until we communicated with the host, and he told us where to find them. The towels were also hidden in the closet. Not a big deal since this seems to be a relatively new place?

  Квартира ідеальна. Все є! Квартира була ідеально чиста! Від посуда до меблів- все якісне, що дуже радувало.
  А від двоповерхового ліжка діти були взахваті😁
  Зручне розташування для прогулянок по місту.
  Поряд магазин з продуктами, що теж створюю комфортне перебування у помешканні.
  Якщо ще раз приїдемо у Тбілісі, то обовʼязково будемо винаймати саме це помешкання,

  Хорошее расположение, почти в центре, но тихо и уютно. Чистая квартира. Есть вся посуда, постель, полотенца. Порадовала стиралка 🙂 детям зашла двухъярусная кровать. Удобно, что есть утюг, гладильная доска, кофеварка, чайник, плита. Готовили с лёгкостью завтраки ) рекомендуем!
  
  What could be improved: Очень сложно было попасть в квартиру с электронным ключом, скачать приложение, авторизоваться… Полчаса у порога стояли. Тут либо упростить до сейфа с ключом, либо приложить инструкцию что ли:) Кровать 1го яруса – матрас заваливается в середину, его бы заменить )
