I noticed lots of couples staying here, and I get why they rated the location so highly. It’s quiet enough to feel like a retreat but connected enough that you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Now, about that tennis court — it’s real, and it’s actually pretty well-maintained. I didn’t expect to use it much, but there’s something oddly satisfying about having your own court available whenever you want.   Мы останавливались в этой квартире всей семьей: я, мой брат, мама и папа. Пространство организовано так, что квартира разделена на две большие части, что делает ее удобной даже для большой семьи.
  
  Все было идеально чисто, уютно и комфортно. Хозяин проявил себя очень хорошо – был внимательным, дружелюбным и всегда готов помочь. Мы чувствовали себя как дома.
  
  Квартира просторная, светлая, а благодаря разделению пространства, каждый мог найти место для отдыха. Общее впечатление осталось очень положительное, и мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова.

  Во-первых, очень гостеприимный арендодатель, ответил на все вопросы быстро, сразу же созвонились, номер был подобран согласно запросу – на 38 этаже, очень комфортно, чисто. В номере есть холодильник, стиральная машинка, кондиционер, так же есть вся необходимая посуда как для приема пищи, так и для того, чтобы готовить. А вид из номера – просто пушка!!! Видно как город, так и море, превосходный вид на рассветы! Очень близко от пляжа – буквально перейти дорогу. Многие пишут про очереди в лифты – иногда надо постоять 2-3 минуты максимум, но не более. Вид того стоит) рядом аптека, магазины, торговый центр, обменный пункт, набережная, парк, пруд, фонтаны, рестораны – все в пешей доступности.

  Since we had our own car and we were ready to live a bit outside the busiest part of the city, this was a great choice. Very good value for money, good communication from the host, and comfortable apartments. In apartments, you have absolutely everything you need for daily life.

  Very comfortable studio, ideally for 1 person or a couple. Quick communication with a host and all necessary amenities inside. There is also a parking if you travel by car. The view from the balcony is also very nice – take a glass of whatever and enjoy 😊
  
  Mziuri park is very close but not safe accessible from an apartment (you need to cross several roads without a crosswalk). we recommend to take a taxi for these 500 meters.
