I booked the Tbilisi Apartment for a quick weekend escape after a hectic work month, and honestly, it did not disappoint. The place is a solid 4‑star pad with a rating of 9.8 that feels more like a home than a hotel—just a few suites instead of a sprawling complex, which gives it that cozy vibe. The check‑in was a breeze: the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile, handed me a keycard, and let me know the Wi‑Fi was free, but I was warned that the signal might dip a bit on the 12th floor. I mean, the building is old, but the rooms are freshly painted and the linens are a nice, soft touch that makes you want to linger. The apartment itself is spacious, with a kitchenette that has everything you’d need—coffee maker, toaster, a little fridge—so I could whip up a quick breakfast. The balcony, though, has a view that’s a bit blocked by a neighboring apartment, but you can still hear the distant hum of the city and get a sense of the lively atmosphere.

It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, just a stone’s throw from the cable car that drops you onto Mtatsminda Park. Walking down Purtseladze Street, you’ll find the old‑world charm of the neighborhood—tiny cafés with aromatic Georgian coffee, a few street vendors selling fresh apples, and the occasional street performer playing a traditional duduk. The noise level is surprisingly low at night; the street is quiet, and the building’s insulation does a decent job of muffling the traffic.   The location was super. I had everything that i need. The house owner was super nice to me. And there was a cat which is so cute. My room got cleaned by them every day- which is important to me. That was the most thing that i admire about this apartment, super clean. Hope to see you again and see the super cute cat

  Amazing HOST and lovely home away from home. The apartment is very clean and cozy with brick walls and courtyard garden, it feels like you travel back in time. Greatly thankful for Ms Helen for the warm welcome, she even gave us Turkish coffee and home made wine and lend us some travel cards/mtatsminda card. This apartment has everything we need: from kitchen utensils to pots for cooking rice and even laundry soap and sewing kit is available with travel brochure to read. These very small details are very thoughtful and really loved the home vibe. The location is superb as my kids enjoy the park right across the area. Restaurants, malls and museums are close by. Will surely book again next year.

  I enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a quiet room in a quaint old apartment complex just minutes from Freedom Square.
  Metro station, bus stop, large supermarket, restaurants, parks, old town…all within walking distance.
  The room, which has a large bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and even a washing machine, is easy to use and functional.
  I enjoyed a relaxing time as if I were living in Tbilisi!
  The owner, Helen, along with her sister, Nino, are very kind and cooperative. They were always available to help me with any problems or questions I had.
  If I ever visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here. Next time for longer.
