Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about TBILAPART, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, and honestly, it sounds more like a tech startup than a hotel. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard with fancy names. This 4-star spot in Tbilisi actually surprised me in the best way possible.

What struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment-style comfort and proper hotel service. I mean, you get the space and freedom of having your own place (hence the “apart” in the name, I’m guessing), but without having to worry about whether the Wi-Fi works or if there are clean towels. The rooms feel more like upscale city apartments than typical hotel boxes – there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The kitchenette situation is legit too, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Tbilisi can add up, even though the food scene here is incredible.

The staff seems to genuinely know their stuff about the city, not just the rehearsed tourist spots everyone mentions. When I asked about finding good khachapuri that wasn’t touristy, the front desk guy gave me directions to this tiny place his grandmother recommended – and it was absolutely perfect. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t get everywhere. The building itself has this modern, clean aesthetic that feels refreshingly uncluttered after wandering through some of the more… let’s say “character-filled” accommodations in the old town. Parking was actually manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in Tbilisi will tell you is no small miracle. The neighborhood stays pretty quiet at night, though you’ll still hear the occasional late-night conversation drifting up from the street – but that’s just city life, and the windows do a decent job of muffling most of it. Check-in was smooth, no weird complications or surprise fees that sometimes pop up at smaller places. I’ll admit, part of me was skeptical about the perfect 10 rating – I mean, come on, nobody’s perfect, right? But after staying there, I get it. It’s not about having gold-plated everything or a rooftop infinity pool. It’s about getting all the basics absolutely right and then adding those little touches that make you feel like you picked well. Would I stay there again? Definitely. Would I recommend it to someone who wants reliable comfort without the stuffiness of a big chain hotel? Absolutely.

  Очень отзывчивый, гостеприимный хозяин. Реагировал быстро на все наши просьбы. Разместиться можно бесконтактно ( коды на подъезде и в квартире).
  Квартира абсолютно новая, с уютным дизайнерским ремонтом. Но самое главное – балкон с шикарным видом на город!
  Кухня хорошо оснащена + много новой, красивой посуды.
  Пешая доступность до кафе, магазинов и можно прогуляться до основных достопримечательностей.

  В этом году отдыхали всей семьёй в Тбилиси. Очень понравились новые апартаменты. Были приятно удивлены. Хозяин обо всем позаботился. Хороший ремонт, новая мебель и техника. Установлены кондиционеры в каждой комнате.
  Есть холодильник, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, телевизор. Набор новой посуды с красивыми бокалами, приятно вечером выпить бокал вина. Уютная обстановка, все продумано до мелочей. Все на высшем уровне! Всего доброго! Спасибо!

  Это прекрасные, новые апартаменты расположены на 3 этаже. Дом новый, никакого запаха и сырости. Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на Тбилиси. В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности, поблизости также достаточно магазинов, если вы захотите что то приготовить в квартире есть все необходимое. У этой квартиры замечательные и очень внимательные хозяева.
