I took a trip to Tbilisi last summer and, honestly, the TB Apart‑Hotel in Tbilisi 1 felt like a quiet, hidden gem tucked into Simon Kandelaki Street 11 – a narrow lane that runs just south of the Old Town’s stone walls.   Fully equiped apartment with two dedicated bedrooms – was perfect for a family of 4. Good kitchen, spacious living room. I can not tell anything special about location, but it was only ~2eur (6Gel) with Bolt to reach old town. Grocery shops just outside apartment building. Easy to leave city to Jvari and Mtskheta avoiding going through most of Tbilisi

  What could be improved: Надо сказать, что хотя маленькая спальня и является полноценной отдельной комнатой и даже имеет свое окно, но это окно смотрит в стену соседнего дома, находящуюся на расстоянии 20 сантиметров. Солнечный свет туда вообще не проникает.

  هدوء البنايه والتدفئة داخل الشقه كانت ممتازة وايضا صاحبة الشقه كانت جدا متعاونه وهذه الشقه سكن خاص وليست ضمن شقق فندقيه وتعتبر هذه ميزة من رأيي
