You’re on Mtatsminda, which puts you within easy walking distance of pretty much everything worth seeing in Tbilisi’s old town. The sulfur baths are just down the hill, and you can practically roll out of bed and be at the Narikala Fortress in minutes. What I really appreciated was how you’re close enough to the action but far enough up the hill that you escape some of the street noise. Couples seem to get this balance particularly well — there’s something romantic about being perched up here with views over the city.

The rooms feel more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a generic hotel — hence the name, I suppose. The bathrooms are modern without being sterile, and honestly, after a day of wandering Tbilisi’s cobblestone streets, having a proper shower feels like a small upscale.

  We love staying at Tatapartment. It’s near carrefour and tourist spots like Bridge of Peace, Cable Car, Clock Tower, Freedom Square, Rike Park, Churches and Restaurants. The host Tata and her Mom was so kind and accommodating. If you need something just message Tata and she will help you.

  Well, the location, where you might find everything u need, Europe square so close, all the restaurants, caffès, shops, markets are all around, you might find any in 1-5 mins from you) I give that flat 10+ out of 10 points! 👍🏼
