T2&T3 Apartments LEVANTO Overview
I stayed at the T2&T3 Apartments LEVANTO in Tbilisi, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a warm, lived‑in home rather than a hotel. The building sits on Tamar Chovelidze Street, just a block from the buzzing Belinsky Street, so you’re smack in the middle of the old town’s labyrinth of cafés and galleries. When I walked up the narrow stairwell, the smell of fresh bread from a nearby bakery wafted in, and a faint echo of the city’s chatter—like a gentle hum under the street. The check‑in was quick; the front desk clerk waved me over with a friendly grin, handed me a keycard, and gave a rundown of the Wi‑Fi password that’s more stable than some of the other spots around here. No “convenient location” buzzwords, just a real, unfiltered idea that you’re right where people are.
The apartment itself is a cozy two‑bedroom space, with an industrial vibe that’s both stylish and functional—think exposed brick and a mix of modern fixtures. The living area is sunny, with a big window that shows the city’s maze of streets, and the kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, complete with a kettle that whistled when I brewed my first cup of Georgian tea. I’d say the noise level is perfect: the city’s bustle is a distant murmur, not a constant roar, and the building’s steel pipes keep the traffic hum at bay. Parking is a bit of a hunt because it’s a residential block, but a small spot a few streets over on Belinsky Street is free—just follow the green curb. The only critique? The Wi‑Fi drops a bit when the coffee shop next door opens for breakfast, but the apartment’s black‑out curtains are a lifesaver if you want to catch up on sleep.
What really makes this place shine is the little touches that only locals know. The hallway has a handwritten welcome note in Georgian, which feels like a secret hug. In the mornings, the air smells like freshly baked khinkali from a shop across the square, and I could hear the clinking of mugs from the nearby café. I spent a lazy Sunday afternoon watching the city’s light change from the balcony, and by dusk, the old town’s neon lights flickered against the evening sky—something you only notice when you’re not rushing anywhere. For nights that are too quiet, you can head to the small park by Mtatsminda, and you’ll find locals playing chess, while the city’s nightlife hums on the other side of the street. In short, T2&T3 Apartments LEVANTO is the kind of spot that feels like a home away from home, and it’s the kind of place you’ll tell your friends about for weeks after you leave.

The apartment is conveniently located 2-minute walk from the central avenue in Tbilisi. Yet, you don't hear the traffic. It is modern, nicely designed by the owners, well-equipped, and cosy. I can tell from my experience that the owners are open, communicative people ready to help guests with various aspects connected with the visit to the city.
All this made my stay very comfortable.Superb! – Andrisg from Latvia – July 15, 2023 (10/10)
We can describe our stay with one word – fantastic. This was far the best apparment during our trip in Georgia for 3 weeks. Great design, all amenities, very well equipped (even tooth brushes and other higiene items, bath robes etc if you need). Host provides excellent free shuttle service to airport. We had flight at 5.25 in the morning and driver was precise on time agreed to pick up us. Host was super helpful and kind. Thank you!
What could be improved: NothingLuxury, well appointed apartment in superb location – Michele from Mexico – June 25, 2023 (10/10)
Great location close to coffee, bakeries, grocery stores, shopping and mudeums without being on the main drag.
Kitchen, washing machine.
Exceptional hostess!
What could be improved: I am quite noise sensitive. Even if I wore earplugs, I heard street noise. ( with the windows shut) if I awakened between 2 and 3 am, sometimes, I found it difficult to falll asleep again
