  What could be improved: First impression was quite sketchy. Stairs and especially hallway towards apartment is scary. And old guy without t-shirt stopped us, asking something in Georgian and Russian without knowing word in English. But later on we realized that this is father of the owner and that he just wants to help with whatever you need.
  
  Ok, beds are actually terribly hard, especially the one made from sofa.
  
  It is appropriate for family with 2 smaller kids or max 3 adults. It is smaller than it looks on pictures but still very nice!

  Великолепное расположение, самый центр исторической части Тбилиси, вид из окон на храмы, которые в 10-20 метрах, апартаменты расположены в историческом здании, есть всё необходимое для проживания, удобная двуспальная кровать! Своя закрытая парковка! Очень удобно гулять а центре, и жить тут же!) Прекрасные хозяева Давид, и его отец! Большое спасибо Вам! Приедем обязательно ещё!

  Very cute little apartment in the literal heary of Tbilisi, with views of churches on both sides of the house. The place is very cozy and nice, extremely good price-quality relation. I would 100% recommend for a couple travelling to Tbilisi. Very responsive and attentive host.
