  It is a self check in apartment which gave us flexibility to our arrival time. Kitchen has some cooking facilities (stove and kettle) and a large fridge. Good location for Tbilisi, quiet and not too far from the centre. Free parking available.
  
  What could be improved: The curtains in the front room was very thin and kept virtually no light out. We were woken up early in the morning by the sunshine.

  Location is superb. Everything is available nearby. Metro station, taxi stand, bus, market etc. Facilities is the room is good enough for long stay and even for more people. We were 5 people easily accommodated. All you need at home is available in the apartment. Nicely kept and cleaned.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was perfect except the size of the bathroom but its manageable. Parking is sort of difficult but you have to look for place to park.

  The apartment was spacious with warmness as room heater was in all the rooms.

  The apartment is at walking distance from Tbilisi center in a quiet neighborhood. You basically have everything you need for a couple of days, and there is good heating present.
  
  What could be improved: The hygiene could have been better, especially in the kitchen. We had a communication issue about the payment, and due to this had to arrange this via an expensive bank transfer after our stay. Because you don't see the owner it would be better to pay in advance via the booking platform.

  Very close to the city center and grocery stores/bus and metro stations. The apartment is clean and the size is more than enough for a family of 4. Arthur can speak fluent English and is always of help when needed. I would have given it a 9 if not for the linens/ pillows/ and noise.
  
  What could be improved: Linens are already old and do not smell fresh especially the pillows. The people living upstairs were noisy. We can hear the footsteps even late at night.
