The space feels larger than you’d expect too, probably because of how that balcony extends your living area. I spent way more time out there than I planned, especially in the evenings when the light hits the surrounding buildings just right. The whole setup earned its 4-star rating honestly – it’s not luxury hotel fancy, but it’s that perfect sweet spot where everything works smoothly and you feel like you’re experiencing the city rather than just passing through it. Встретили нас фруктами и вином.
Оставались на 22 ночи с отъездами.
Дом в центре района old Tbilisi, в коридоре есть выход по винтовой лестнице во внутренний дворик, откуда открывается красивый вид.
В квартире уютно, высокие потолки (метров 5)
Все для жизни есть: кофе и фрукты, посуда, шампуни, туалетная бумага, зубная паста, стиральный порошок, плита, электрический чайник, кондиционер и стиральная машина, телевизор, утюг, гладильная доска. Хороший напор воды!
Из небольших минусов, о которых лучше знать:
1) Бронировали квартиру из-за балкона, планировали отдыхать там, общаться и пить вино, но, к сожалению, оттуда почти все время был неприятных запах снизу (возможно из-за того, что на улицах неподалеку стоят мусорные баки) поэтому балкон у нас был закрытым все время(
2) В душе не было крючка, за который можно зацепить шланг, а внизу от сливного отверстия иногда стоял запах канализации.
Так же не было фена для волос, тапочек (а полы очень холодные) и длинных банных полотенец (зато было много обычных)
3) при входе в парадную на втором этаже вечером любят собираться компании. Но сидят они мирно
Эти пункты не испортили наше впечатление, мы остались очень довольны.
