  Хорошее расположение в районе Ваке. Очень тихая улица, в квартире не шумно. Есть всё необходимое, чисто и аккуратно. Удобная планировка, приятный дизайн. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Проспект Чавчавадзе в пешей доступности.
