  What could be improved: I would just suggest to put an entry carpet and steer the main door as it was a bit tough to close . There’s also a second floor that could be used for a children’s bed , which might increase price and the place will look even more wonderful

The half floor above the kitchen is used as cluttered storage space. If this room were as nice as the rest of the apartment, it would be a solid 10!
