With a 9.4 rating, I expected it to be decent, but it genuinely exceeded what I thought I’d get for the price point. It’s the kind of place where you don’t spend your first day figuring out what’s broken or missing – you can just settle in and get on with whatever brought you to town in the first place.

  Хорошее месторасположение недалеко станция метро, рядом магазины и супермаркет, макдональдс.
  В 800 метрах хороший ресторан "Тавадури" очень вкусно и цены адекватные.
  Общительный хозяин, на любые вопросы оперативно отвечал!
  В квартире есть все необходимое. Все работает.

  Отличная квартира в центре города недалеко от Арены Динамо. Рядом куча продуктовых магазинов, базарчик с овощами и фруктами,аптеки, Макдональдс, магазин сотовой связи, где можно купить местную симку. Расположение просто супер! Сам хозяин очень вежливый, гостеприимный, встретил и заселил нас даже раньше назначенного времени. Здесь есть всё необходимое: фен, утюг, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, очень много посуды для самостоятельного приготовления пищи, и даже средства для поддержания чистоты в доме. Квартира просторная, с кондиционером, соседи тихие. Чувствовали себя здесь очень удобно и уютно, как дома! С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз!

  Хочется ещё раз поблагодарить хозяина за наше комфортное проживание. Квартира соответсвует фотографиям. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяин всегда был на связи, помог нам перебронировать и изменить немного дату поездки.
